Frank's work was timely & thorough. His price was the best available and his efficiency created very little dust while sanding. Frank finished the job on time & left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Excellent service.

Frank's quote was very reasonable for the amount of repair and sanding required. The work was quickly scheduled and Frank came every day on time as promised. We are very pleased with the work he did to straightened the seam in the bedroom, which waivered considerably and would have been quite noticeable with the new paint colors had it not been fixed. He covered furniture and flooring where needed and cleaned up area when the project was complete.

Frank and Lee showed up at 7 a.m. with everything they needed to do the job. They worked quickly and did as much as possible to control drywall dust. They vacuumed thoroughly and cleaned up before leaving. I'm planning to paint the walls and woodwork myself and Frank gave me some valuable tips about doing this. There was a small problem with initial scheduling of the job that caused a one-week delay, but other than that, everything went smoothly and I'm happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and included the paint and all necessary supplies.

Frank showed up on time, completed a quote to my when promised. Matched my paint without dictating I had to use a specific brand. Everything went very smooth, I am exceedingly happy with the results and have asked for another quote for another project already!

He re-plastered and painted the area and you can not tell there had ever been a problem.  He also took an extra step to repair nail pops that we had not even mentioned.  
When we called him he came out quick and gave us a written quote and followed up with a reminder that he would be at our home on Monday morning by 9 AM.    He arrived on time and completed the job all in one day.

I highly recommend Frank Flores for any drywall or painting needs.  He showed up when expected and quoted me a fair price. Then much to my surprise he indicated he could begin the work immediately.  He repaired 3 holes created when I had new lighting installed.  After I painted over his work you can't even tell the holes ever existed.
He did a great job and I'd hire him again!

Mr. Flores completed the work to our complete satisfaction and cleaned up afterwards.  We would definitely use Flores Decorating again in the future for all our painting needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Flores Decorating. We will use them for all of our future home painting needs. They were professional, provided great service at a very fair price, and really cared about our satisfaction.

We had several areas in the house that needed patching and in one room prep for painting. He spent about three hours patching The holes and did an excellent job.

The job was bigger than I thought. Frank worked hard and fast.

Overall this was a great experience.  I was worried because I had new wood floors put in before the painting and I am pleased to say that the wood floors  were not harmed at all.  The owner ( Frank Flores) helped with the color selections for each room.  The quality of paint used was very good.  His staff began by going through the whole house and fixing any holes or problems with the dry wall. They then put the drywall in the 1/2 bath.  They protected all the floors and then began painting the ceilings.  Some of the ceilings were as high at 16 feet.  They did an excellent job.  They then worked room by room with the different colors on the walls.  While some folks were working inside the house others were putting the stain waterproofing on the wood that was used for the porch ceilings, pillars and other areas.  They then finished the doors, other outside areas and had the entire project completed by December 22,2011.

 I have had them back to put a third coating of the waterproofing on the wood on the porch and porch ceilings this past week.  This was done now because the folks installing the porch wood had just completed the job and by putting a third coat on would work into the nail holes and give that extra protection for all the wood used. Remember this porch area is 95 feet long and 16.5 feet wide. 

I am so pleased in the work performed and I have received nothing but compliments on how nice all the work looks.  I am going to use Flores Decorating for my back decks this spring because I know they will do a great job.
