We are a veteran owned, sole proprietor business, we have 5 full time employees, 1 part time and 1 contractual employee,4 veterans, 2 civilians and 1 female,we have 24 hr emergency service,we accept cash or checks or money orders,we offer senior citizen,single-parent ,veteran and return customer discounts,we also have in-home financing for emergencies or larger jobs,we have very low overhead and can beat about anyones price.

The company's response to my request for service was extremely prompt and the owner called to tell me when the electricians would arrive. The process was handled professionally and I was able to resolve a problem that had continued off-and-on for several years on the same day as my service call. The price for the service was reasonable.

I called TD Electric for an estimate and the owner returned my call within hours.  He came out the next day; I told him what I wanted; he explained what it would entail and then gave me a price.  From research I had done online, I found the price to be very reasonable so I accepted the bid.
Within a couple of days, two guys came out to do the work.  They arrived on time, were personable yet professional, and did the work.  When they were done, they waited around until I made sure everything worked.
The next day the owner called to follow up on the job.
I rated the company high in all categories because I can't imagine what more I could have asked for.  I will definitely call them again.

The guys were on time, and were very respectful and had everything done withing the time allotted. I was shown what they were doing and they even let me know what it was for. With a 100% guarantee on the service, I would highly recommend them for any one who needs electrical work done in their home. I was very happy with all they did for us. I called for a non-emergency appointment on Saturday, and was given a Monday morning appointment.  They arrived several minutes early, finished the job quickly, and were very polite and knowledgeable.  They replaced my old shorted out outlet with the proper GFCI outlet.
My receipt doesn't say anything about a warranty or guarantee, but they seem like the kind of business who would stand behind their work.

the owner, Tom Duerr answered his phone within a few rings.  He was polite and friendly and said he could come out the next day to give me an estimate.  he was right on time.  He gave me the estimate and schedule two guys to come out either the next day or the day after which was great because I especially needed the sump pump put in before the following week.  I would highly recommend them and use them again.  They guys that came to the house were knowledgeable, friendly, and timely.

The crew was on time and very professional.  They completed all work in one day and even stayed late so they did not have to come back.  They obtained needed permits from the city and the inspection by the city inspector went smoothly.  They ensured the electricity was off for a short time while the main was rewired.  Would use them again and would recommend them.

We were impressed with the service we received. We had contacted a company with whom we had done business in the past several times and could not even get anyone to come out to look at the job! We were able to get an estimate within a week of our initial contact with T.D. Electric, and the job was scheduled for the following week. The two electricians were punctual, friendly and willing to go above and beyond our initial expectations. The price was slightly higher than we had expected, but were happy with the quality of the service. We will call on this company again!

Called the night before for an appointment.(around 8 pm)  Told them what was going on.  They said then they thought is was a loose wire.  Asked if I wanted them to come at 8 am the next morning.  I asked if they could make it 10 am.  And they did.  Called before they came.  On time.  I didn't have to wait for them.  The man who came was very professional and nice.  And I will need an updated fuse box before too long.  Gave me an estimate for that, that day.  Will use again!  (when they were called the night before they did offer to come out  then but said since it wasn't sparking any more it would be ok to wait until morning and be much cheaper, which made me feel much better that my house wasn't going to burn down that night.)

We had a pool installed and need the power ran from one side of the house to the other.  The weather was extremely hot and the guys were going to have to crawl up in the attic to get the wire across.  The guys came up with a solution that kept them out of the attic and still made the job look professional.  The guys approached me and talked to me about the solution without just doing it.  Their communication skills are fantastic!  Their professionalism is awesome!  I would hire them over and over and over again!

called them at 8AM on Monday and they were here at 8:30.  Took only 5 minutes.  they said their normal minimum is $150, but reduced to $95 since the time needed was so short.

They arrived on time in a company truck.  They did not have uniforms or identification, but otherwise were very professional.  They removed their shoes when entering the house and were very polite when checking things out.  They explained the problem and answered questions I had to clarify the issue.  They seemed to do a good job fixing the problem and it was nice that they were able to come out that day.

Three electricians were sent out to do a job that one or two could do. One showed up late and they did not have proper equipment to install the light fixture at the top of the staircase.  They were told at booking that one fixture is at the top of staircase. I lent my adjustable ladder for use and had to show the technicians how to work the ladder and supervise how the light fixture went together. I had advised the head electrician upon arrival there was wiring in the ceiling that must have been used before but had no idea where it led to because there was no switch. Instead of tracing the wire first, the electrician completely installed the ceiling fan and then went to the wall switch only to discover there was no switch for the wiring in the ceiling. They proceeded to tell me they would have to cut holes in my ceiling to run a wire at the additional cost of $350.00 or I could leave the fan as it was...inoperable. Of course, electricians do not do drywall work so I am stuck with a ceiling fan that doesn't work because the electrician failed to do the primary function of his job, which was to trace the wire.
