I've been driving there probably like 15 years and there has been some turnover in their service department in their past three years. Obviously, I keep going back to them because I feel like that's where the car gets its best care. I have some questions about why there such a turnover in their service managers and things like that. There's definitely room for improvement. If you keep going back, they finally get it right. There was no charge. They finally fixed the problem. I waited three hours to have a tire plugged with an appointment. They rotated my tires and they plugged one tire. I get in the car, and the low tire pressure light was on. They said I'm pretty hot, and I said so am I. They took the car back and obviously all they did was put enough air in the tire to make the indicator go off. The very next day I drove out of the driveway and the indicator was back on. I had a friend check and he said every tire was different. I had enough air to make it back Toyota. They came and checked it. There was 35 in the one that we worked on, 25 in the two others and 45 in your full sized spare. I said I hadn't touched it, and nobody has, but you. I said so if the air pressure is wrong you did it wrong to start with. When they got it right I asked them do you not check the tire pressure on every tire? Do you not look at every tire to make sure there wasn't any nails the other tires? I was so mad. I want what I want. My last three experiences were not good I just keep going there.

The oil change service was just performed by them. It usually takes them probably an hour to do an oil change. I sit there and wait. Then, they come and get me. There is a TV and they provide drinks and some kind of cookies or something which I do not eat. Actually, I get my oil changes for free because I bought their extended warranty and that gets me free oil changes for life. There was only one time that the guy I was dealing with was like kind of having a really bad day, but generally, they are very nice. The guy did not smile and talk at all. He just had a real glum expression like he was really having a really hard day or something. He was just in a bad mood, but that was just one time.

I just go to the dealership Toyota, so I do not have any other mechanic that I deal with. Well, I have a 2001 Camry, so, a little of every big through the years. A couple of months ago, I just had a break light out, something like that, something simple. It was $13 and I was shocked that anything could beyond $20 of the dealership. I was impressed too. They are very professional, they always get you in, you know, I had the courtesy rod, and I do not have any problems with them. And consider that by a new Toyota, which I am about to buy, I guess, I do not have any issues with them at all.

It was very difficult to get in touch with Toyota's service department. Often the phone rang straight to voice mail. I left several messages for them to provide status. Never got any status until I was told (after 10 days) that they would not provide any relief for this problem. I then contacted their manager. I have not received any final response regarding this matter (it has now been almost 6 weeks since we first began this journey). It took the manager numerous emails for status to get a response that things were still up in the air. Very unhappy with the response time and their overall lack of concern for their customers.

Very well. Green has a very nice service department with soft drinks, coffee, tea, and a very clean facility. I have found their service advisers and service managers to be friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. I personally consider their service department to be a strategic advantage for the dealership.

I love it there. They do everything for me. You can go as often as you want. It is a wonderful place. They keep up electronically in everything. They have online service. What I really like about them is that they have a whole area with coffee, gourmet, bottled water and soda. It's like a quick mart. Everything is just at the finger tips. They have a waiting area where USB port and outlets are available. So you can plug in your stuff and do your work while waiting. It's fantastic.

They have taken good care of me. My Toyota is 30 years old. Their service is wonderful. Their service department is probably one of the best features at that price. I take my car to them after every 5000 miles to have it serviced. They do an outstanding job. My overall experience with them has been excellent.
