The three workman arrived about 30 minutes early, which was great since the appointment was for 11:15 am.
 The guys were nice, very efficient and knowledgeable. When we were quoted the job, Jerry thought two
holes were needed to correctly raise our sloping 4x4 step. One in the step itself and one in the step below.  Mike
and his crew injected the cement into the two holes then determined an additional two holes more where needed to
 straighten out the three steps to our front porch. The stairs look great and I appreciate the pride the crew took in their
work and making sure the repair was done correctly. The crew did a great clean up; you would never know they were there.

This company is very professional and wonderful to do business with! I highly recommend them. They actually were able to do the work earlier than expected, which worked out great. I am having them epoxy paint my garage floor at a later date and I am also going to have them give me a bid on another house in my area.

You cannot get any better than this company!  I would recommend them to anyone. Professional, friendly, reasonable, punctual, and very hard workers.  I got multiple estimates and they were very reasonable.  They were at my house for multiple days. They stayed until 9 p.m. with lights some nights to get it done in a short time frame for me.  I hired them to do more work while they were still there and my neighbors are hiring them now too.  Don't look any further.   

I used Ken-Rich Concrete Lifting and Repair. They levelled out a concrete slab from the front of the house and they did a good job, this was last year. the cost of the job was $450.00.

What i liked about them was that ..... there was one concrete slap which was at an angle and it was not safe as anyone going in or out could slip, so, what they did was lifted just that one slab and evened it out. they also went the extra mile and evened out the slab next to it so that they were both flat and even and they did a very good job of it too. They did more work then they quoted for which was nice.

The people who worked on the job were very Knowledgeable. They didn't make me wait for more then a couple of days for a quote plus they were quick to respond.

I would definitely use them in the future.

Requested an estimate on April 2nd via email and received a call the same day from Bill.  They would come out the next morning to do the estimate and then canceled due to pouring rain.  He was able to get out the next day on the 3rd and gave me a price of 375.00 to do the work, which I thought was very reasonable.  I gave them the ok to do the work and Bill said that it would be in the next week and that I would not have to be there.  I received a call the next day and Bill said they had an open time slot on the 4th and that they would take care of it.  I told that I would not be able to give him a check as I could not be there and he said not to worry about it.  As it turns out my wife was able to be there and pay them for the job after it was done.
The crew was exceptional, they were in and out in around 2 hours and cleaned up everything.  If my wife gives them high marks they have to be good!
I will recommend them to family and friends and will use them again!!

Great guys. Seemed like they really aimed to please. I have some more work on my back patio and I will definitely use these guys again.

The process went well and it only took about 2 1/2 hours.  The *only* thing I was concerned about was that I agreed to a proposal with Ken-Rich, but Monarch was sent out to do the work.  It turns out that there is a close relationship between the two companies (the owners are brothers) and they occasionally send work to each other.
Fortunately, the salesman (Jerry) called to explain what was going on (which I greatly appreciated) and I was happy with the work.

The job only took a couple of hours.  They were as neat as possible throughout the time they were here.  Everything looks great now.

I did not use this contractor.

The porch raising turned out to be much more complex than we all hoped. The crew did the best they could and did manage to get the floor level. We also had them shore up the drainage around the foundation if the house as well as installing a brick patio and sidewalk. The back patio had some issues after an extremely hard rain. I called Bill and he came out immediately and fixed the issue.

We have worked with Ken-Rich to do some mudjacking of our front porch and front steps which have sunk with age.  We were very pleased with the professionalism and the rapid response from Bill who came out the following morning to provide an estimate for us.  His explanation of the work to be done and documentation was clear and well articulated and we were very pleased with he and his firms responsiveness.  Ken-Rich especially made us feel good as none of the other concrete firms we contacted even returned our phone calls, emails, or bothered to come out to provide us an estimate.  Waiting on our tax return, we look forward to working with Ken-Rich in the near future.

There were some delays due to weather, but overall the job went smoothly.

Hew was a likable man who did extra things the way we wanted.

Ken- Rich did a very good job, and they were very affordable. I would recommend them. I had other bids from other companies, and their bid was lower then all of them and included more services then the other companies. They did a the job very quickly. I have some maintenance work that is needed to be done, and they are coming back out to do the job with no charge.

They had a soil issue that was not expected but they resolved it by putting in an extra bracket without charge.

They was initially some confusion on dates and times when someone would be home.  Once that was rectified, three young men came to my home and in a professional manner removed all my planters of flowers and began the process of raising the sidewalk.  It took two days to complete the work and, both days the employees replaced all the planters and cleaned the area up.  I was impressed with the cleaning and replacing of my outdoor items on both occasions.
The end results is fabulous.  The sidewalks are completely even and look much better than I could even imagine.  I would recommend having this company perform this task to anyone.  It is cheaper than replacing all the cement and I'm satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship.

Although it took a while from start to finish, the job went really well.

Requested a quote for slab jacking,  They came out, quoted the job, then when I called to schedule the work, they agreed to call me Mon/Tues/Wed to let me know either Thurs or Friday they would be in our area to do the work. They never called back. 3 weeks later, still no contact. Have since had the work done by a more responsive company.

After having some sewer work done on our house, we noticed that one of our basement walls was severely bowed in. I called the village to have an inspector come out and give me some advice, and they recommended calling bill with Kenrich. I met with bill at my house and he agreed that we needed to remedy the situation we had. He was very pleasant to deal with and explained the system they would be using. They dug ten holes outside my house and from the inside, they drilled through the foundation and drove huge rods through the wall. In the holes that were in the yard, they put large metal braces that the rods attached to. Bracing was also put up connected to the rods on the inside basement wall. they tightened the nuts on the rod slowly, one by one, the plate system started to pull the wall back. Immediately the wall had gone back about 1 to 2 inches. What I like about his system is that we are guaranteed that our wall will no longer move in either direction. The system in place is permanent and gives us great piece of mind. The crew he had with him did such a nice job of cleaning up the yard and the basement, they even helped mop the floors. What they did in several hours was something we have gained so much ease from. thanks Kenrich

Their machine broke part of our tree, which was pretty disappointing. They said that was the only way they could do the service but we were kind of upset. They were apologetic and handled the situation fairly well but no one likes to see an old, large, tree go in the process of an already expensive job. He was a nice gentleman, and we were happy with the work.
