Falcon Moving, LLC was started by lifelong entrepreneur, Jason Rosko. In our infancy stages, Jason began by contracting furniture delivery services for local furniture stores. After several years of being the "middle man" between paying customers and unscrupulous corner-cutting business owners, Jason realized realized that there was a better way to do business with the needs of the consumer in mind, and decided to offer services to the customer directly. Falcon Moving was founded in 2016. We are motivated with the ideology that hard work, perseverance, patience will pay off in the long run, and that integrity is key in developing a sustainable business. Horrible moving experience!! Avoid this scam operation! The owner (Jason) seemed very professional over the phone and on top of details, but this ended up as the worst ?pro? moving service imaginable. We were promised a team of 5 movers, 2 trucks. 4 movers showed up. Not wearing masks in the house (Covid protocol), and they didn?t know what they were doing. One of the movers was on his phone/texting the entire time. This team was replaced in the evening by 2 different movers. In total- it was a 14 hour move: underestimated (by Jason) by roughly 6 hours! They destroyed or badly damaged over 20 furniture/other items (hid some of the broken pieces), and caused major damage to our previous home - we had to get walls filled & painted, hardwood floors & trim touched up before selling. Any positive reviews about Falcon Moving were likely paid for, scrubbed, or submitted by friends/family for this joke of a company! Words can?t truly describe how bad this moving company is! Engaging with Falcon Moving led to much stress and a terrible outcome. The one positive out of it: We had many people ask us how our move went. Word of mouth can be very powerful- we?ve told enough people about this negative experience with Falcon Moving. In our opinion, this company should not be listed on Angie?s or any other reputable business site.

Great customer service and the movers arrived a little early! They were fast and nothing was broken, they took extra care to wrap everything. They even covered my door when asked to prevent scratches. The only downfall I would say is that they didn't take apart any desks, kitchen tables, etc so the items took more space than expected and while it took two trips, they still finished in under the quoted time frame. I would hire again!

It might save time to not have to do as much disassembly and reassembly, and it's also quicker to safely load a truck when we don't have to worry about packing the truck very tight. Great communication from start to finish. Santos, Jonathan and Josh worked with a sense of urgency and very thorough with wrapping my furniture, took special care of my Peloton and boy oh boy, were able to get a king size mattress up two flights of stairs. I will use them again. Thank you!

There were a few items that were misplaced for a move where items were arranged within the home. We called her immediately after the review was posted. These issues were not noticed until now. We offered to come back out and rearrange the items and give a 15% discount on the move, and she refused both offers."

I had a small move which they handled very efficiently. Everything was carefully wrapped and all the pieces came through without a scratch. Chris and Christian, the two movers, were great - professional and friendly. Jason, at the office, kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going as planned.
