Angies asks us to comment here on punctuality, how polite everyone was and the price. I liked dealing with everyone I came into contact with from the office to the service team. They were punctual, returned all phone calls, answered questions, scheduled work quickly and did everything they could to accommodate my schedule. They worked cleanly and effectively. To me more important than all of the above is was the work done well for a fair price. The answer to this is absolutely.
Description of Work: We purchased a home awhile back and the air flow of the relatively new furnace was terrible. I have had serviceman out and other companies heating specialists out to discuss how to fix this with no success. Virtually everyone wanted to sell me a new heating system. The servicemen had already tried to regulate the existing dampers. One other company offered to re-do the plenum, but with a new furnace. After discussing options with Brad from Shavitz and I decided that reworking the plenum, adding dampers to ducts that were giving off to much air w/o dampers, straightening many of the twisting turning ducts, adding returns and installing a portable thermostat should resolve the problem.
