He was very friendly and knowledgable, came out on a Saturday at no additional charge. He was very reasonable compared to other companies I had contacted.

The work was handled very well. He was very professional, cheerful, hard working. He took care to make sure the new connection was well positioned/sturdy and he even suggested a slightly different location for the hookup/grill which turned out to be a much better choice for me.

I use my gril 2-3 times a week and it's 7 years old. Each spring I've tried to clean the thing but with minimal success. I purchase new grates, use aluminum foil and keep going. To replace it would cost $749. Using Angie's list I called Eric on 6/3/13. After a couple of phone calls because of my schedule we set a date of 6/10 in the evening. He started right away and completed the work within an hour. It looks 100% better. I couldn't expect miracles because it's 7 years old but boy did he do a great job at a fair price. I will use him every year now.

I called and left a message in the morning and received a call back within a few hours. I explained the problem with the grill and Eric said he could come out the next evening. Sure enough the next day he called at 615pm to say he was on the way. He arrived and started work on the grill. The grill now works and all the burners are back to firing up. He even painted part of the grill where paint was coming off! What is interesting is I never asked the price but knew from reading here about what it would cost. He asked for $85 which was less than I expected so I gave him $100 (a $15 tip) for the exceptional service. BOTTOM LINE: I am thrilled with the super fast service and the price paid. Thank you Eric. NOTE: I also called another company on here with good reviews and to get them out there was a 3 week wait.

Great, responded within 30 minutes of emailing himon Saturday night. Worked on Sunday! Once he arrived I showed him what I needed done and he gave me a free estimate and excellent price. Eric worked fast and everything he did was professional quality. Installed our new stove and made sure everything worked properly before he left and guaranteed all of his work. Great experience over all.

We occassionally smelled gas coming from our fireplace when we had our gas logs installed by another company. We suspected it was the gas control valve in the floor. Eric was extremely responsive to our call. He called us back the same day and came out that evening for the repair! He gave us an estimate based on what we suspected over the phone and it came out to be much cheaper than the fireplace company. He was neat, efficient and answered all our questions. i would definitely recommend him and we will use him again for other gas issues we have in the future. Highly recommend.

Great job. Replaced older concrete logs with ceramic logs. In the process replaced the burner in the fireplace with all new equipment. The equipment ran great the first day, however, the pilot light went out the next day. Could not relight it even with help over the phone from Perrin. On Sunday morning Perrin showed up and had me go through the physical process to light the pilot. It would not light. As it turned out the new thermocouple went bad. They replaced it with no hassle. By the way, nice people that pay attention to keeping the house clean. I like others have had the experience of running out of propane gas, always at the wrong time and yes, I kept extra propane tanks but ran out of gas inevitably when it was raining, snowing too cold or whatever. I had a natural gas line run by Perrin and a conversion of the grill to natural gas. Being a serious BBQ guy I asked them to stay around until the BBQ heated up and checked the flame. I wanted on the high setting to develop a licking flame. They took the grill apart a second time to give me what I wanted. The grill never cooked better! Very pleased and recommend using them.

I called and scheduled the appointment. He arrived in the morning as we agreed to. We did not have a specific time set, but I was planning to be home anyway so it didn't matter to me. He arrived as I was finishing up with another worker I had scheduled for the morning. He went straight to my yard and got started as I was finishing up and I went back there to meet him. This is my first summer at the house so I do not know what the grill looked like before he started since it was covered all morning. The outside is very clean and shiny, like new. The inside looks very clean and only slightly used. I think he did a nice job, worked fast, and was a very nice guy. I am happy with everything. In fact, I found out my mother is looking to have her grill cleaned as well so I gave her the number.

Eric was professional, punctual and competent with hooking up the gas. We were unsuccessful in installing the stove largely because it was a tight, custom fit. In the end, the job was unsuccessful as I had to bring someone else out to assist, but I would recommend Eric for gas needs/concerns.

We had a home energy efficiency audit done by another company and the guy said that he found a couple of small gas leaks by our furnace and water heater. Perrin came out right away and did a full inspection with his electronic sniffer and a soap solution. No gas leaks at all. I was very pleased with the service.

I had a 6pm appointment and they were running late on another job so they called ahead to let me know they would be late. When Eric and his brother arrived, they covered the floors to minimize the mess. Then they brought in the logs I had ordered online and put them together. The starter kit that came with the gas log set was an inferior one so they brought in their own (no extra charge) so it would work better for us. They also brought in extra bags of decorative rocks to enhance the appearance and it made such a difference! They did show me the logs they usually install (much lighter and nicer than mine) but I had gotten mine at a huge Black Friday discount and couldn't return them. Otherwise, I would have preferred to purchase the ones they had. The fireplace downstairs had a pipe that was too long. Eric had to cut it so it would be the appropriate length for the gas logs. Again, he didn't charge extra and he added more decorative rocks to that fireplace, too. I was impressed by their professionalism, generosity and their clean-up! They were great and I've already recommended them to several other friends.

I called them to set up an appointment but never got a call back.

Eric was very responsive, reasonable with his pricing, and very prompt. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to fix the issue very quickly by reconnecting new supply lines to the gas stove.

Perrin Gas did a good job and I would give him 4 or 5 stars. I would give him an A. I would use him again.

It was great. Eric is always quick and does good work at a reasonable price.
