REPAIRMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WAS TOLD I MIGHT NEED A THERMOSTAT. HE CALLED BACK FOLLOWING WEEK TO SEE IF REFRIGERATOR WAS STILL WORKING OKAY.

I HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET THE APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY WORKED WITHIN MY TIME CONSTRAINTS AND CALLED JUST BEFORE THEY ARRIVED. THE REPAIRMAN ALSO GAVE SOME GOOD TIPS ON CLEANING REFRIGERATOR COILS.
