Buyer Beware! Took a chance on them. You'll wait a long time. Company couldn't get a Fall gutter cleaning done until mid-December 2024. Even then two cleaners just walked the roof with a blower, but did not get close enough to the edges to really blow out wet leaves from downspouts. It was not until a recent deluge we figured out a key downspout was clogged. My expectation was they would use ladders and hoses to thoroughly clean downspounts. Very disappointed.

After booking with this company over the phone and receiving their GUARANTEED quote, it took them over a month to get here. The quote was based on my exact description of the size of the house and height they would be dealing with. The techs finally arrived today and left as they felt the job was underquoted. I requested a call from management who did call me stating that the job was too dangerous - an outright lie. The techs did not say it was dangerous, they felt the house was bigger than expected so they want twice what was quoted me. I have never felt so deceived and low balled in the 40 years of homeownership. Knowing my gutters were in need of attention, they took advantage thinking we would pay twice what we were quoted. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY INSINCERE. GIVEN THE PROMISED QUOTE, THEY SHOULD HAVE SATISFIED ME AND APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR TACTICS!

The two-man crew arrived a few days after requesting service. They did not inform us ahead of time when they would arrive. Fortunately, we were home and could discuss some issues with them. They did a very good job of cleaning mud and debris from our gutters (didn't have many leaves in them). They found a broken shingle in one of the downspouts and cleared that. They also identified a potential problem with the outflow of one downspout which they recommended be corrected. I think the price for this service ($599) was way too high. We have a large 6,700 sq-ft home, but it took less than one hour to clean the gutters and dryer vent. Next time I will seek out another service provider -- I'm sure a quality job can be had for much less. They took photos of the downspout with the problem they found, and told me to expect an estimate for them to do the work. I have not heard back from them, but it is not likely I would use them to do the repair due to the high price of this work.

i live in the city. my house is exactly as close to my neighbor's houses as all my neighbor's houses are to each other. it's an urban area. i have cleaned my gutters myself before. but it's a pain, and i thought i'd hire pros who do this every day and would be able to just knock it out. i called and was told they'd come out some time in the next 10 days. since they didn't need to be in the house, they would not bother to confirm, they'd just show up. some time in the next 10 days. they came and said the houses, like MOST houses in the city, are really close together and it's unsafe for them (i've done this myself before), took some pictures and left, and flagged it to be reviewed by a manager. one week later i get a call saying they can't do it. i'm frankly at a loss for words... also, more expensive than some other options i've seen. 50% more than another i've talked to since. would NOT recommend, on any level.

Scheduling was a nightmare; it took about 3-4 weeks to get job done. You can't predict temperatures but this group will not do anything below 38 degrees, leaves don't wait. And then there is a list of people who are waiting for that 39 degree day; and where are you on the list? So one waits and waits. Since this was 1st time using them, I asked to be there to show them water supply, see how well work performed, re-securing the gutters as necessary (important reason I contracted with them), make sure faucet off, stuff cleaned up etc. I ended up finding a hang tag not visible a couple of days later. I then had to call to see what happened, if they found anything. I was told everything is fine. I think for almost $200, things should have been smoother.

I called on June 29 for request. I was told it would be 7-10 days and that repair was covered in cost of cleaning. I had to call back after 7 days and was told they still had 3 days to respond and oops, they had the wrong city. Called back after another 7 days. Told they would be out the very next day. Two days later I was called and informed that a gutter needed to be repaired (I knew that, that's why I called in the first place) and would I like their seasonal cleaning service? I asked why wasn't the gutter repaired to begin with and was told they needed owner permissions before hand. I thought when I first called and said I needed it repaired, that was sufficient. When I asked if they were still at the house, they said no, they'd completed the work the day before. I asked for an e-mail detailing the work they were describing and they said they would e-mail it. I spoke to four different people during this process, only one of them actually sounded like they knew what they were doing.

They could have replaced the gutter, but they told the truth which I appreciated. I was satisfied. They didn't do additional work they They came on time. The guy was very nice. I was pleased with their service.

Everything went fine overall--they came within a few days of my calling to set up the appointment. I happened to be home when they came to clean the gutters, and they seemed to do a fair to good job of cleaning the gutters. The water splashing left our windows dirty which was not ideal but understandable, but after they left I noticed that one of our downspouts was no longer attached. Again, not a big deal--I was able to fix it with a couple of gutter screws, but thought they could have just as easily fixed it, or at least told me about it (downspout was located next to the garage, and if it had fallen it probably would have damaged a car. My main issue was with how they tried to sell you at every possible opportunity--they wanted to sell me a year-long service package at my inital call, and again on the invoice, and a subsequent follow-up call. They also told me that my entire gutter system needs to be replaced, and tried to sell me that on the follow-up call. Maybe it does need to be replaced, maybe it doesn't--I just didn't care for their sales approach, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and not very impressed.

With regard to your leaders, we did tell you both on the bill (advising that a problem was found), we then sent you an e-mail advising that problems were found, and then spoke with you on the phone within a week of the job letting you know. I will discuss that more below. First, however, I want to apologize if you felt that the phone operators did not handle the calls properly. I will personally listen to the Quality Assurance recordings, and I will speak with phone agents. Our goal is to get better every day, while making the customer's experience a pleasant and happy one. We have enough things in life that are stressful--scheduling gutter cleaning should be painless. We are quite passionate when it comes to gutters. We see mistakes made by homeowners every day, and some of these mistakes lead to significant gutter problems. With some regular maintenance, gutters will have a long, happy life. Having reviewed your account, I can tell you that your gutters and leaders are in poor shape. They are holding some water, and there are dents in your leaders. The entire system was found to be quite old, and, in a sense, falling apart. We made all these findings and let you know by invoice, by e-mail and by phone that the system is failing you. This type of a problem happens because it needs more routine maintenance. Although the agents probably tried to tell you that, they may have done so in a manner that is improper. Again, I will listen to those calls to see how they were handled. If you have any questions call us and ask for Rob, I will always make sure you are happy!"
