M.D. Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. On both visits to my house, Marc called when he was on his way with an ETA. He also quickly diagnosed a problem with our toilet leaking into the basement that two other plumbers had failed to figure out. He brought an assistant with him to do the work so I didn't have to ''help'' as so often has been the case with other plumbers. I was expecting to pay twice as much as I did for the outstanding service M.D plumbing provided.

I was very pleased because Marc was able to fit me in the same day I called. He called when he realized he was running late, and arrived when he said he would. He was very efficient and polite, and was very conscious of the time so as not to overcharge. I feel the cost was reasonable considering the same day responsiveness. I also appreciated that he made sure to check and test the system so that another service call would not be necessary. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism.

They were excellent at getting out here as quickly as they could.

Marc was on time and did a great job fixing the problems and explaining what had caused them. We like to support our local community and are glad to find such a great plumber so close to us.

Work was done on time, on schedule, and within the estimated budget. Most importantly, Mark's actions showed that he had my best interest in mind.

Marc is a great guy, hard worker, and honest. Accurate estimates, and good communication skills.

Called Marc on 1/3. He was able to schedule a repair early on the morning of 1/5. This was very helpful, as the only other bathroom is on the first floor. The plumber arrived at 8:30 AM, and quickly determined the source of the leak. Marc arrived around 8:45. The repair was completed within a half hour. I mentioned low water pressure to the shower. Marc took the time to check the pipes, and the water heater in the basement, and make recommendations. I've used MD plumbing twice now. I'll call them again when the water heater needs replacing.

The phone was answered by a real human..very nice, told me he couldn't come out for 2 weeks so I should try and get someone else. Appreciate that he was honest about it and didn't take more jobs than he could handle. Got a local company who luckily had a cancellation and came the next day. I would call him again if needed in the future.

I've had big problems with the old drum trap getting clogged and leaking. Marc was willing to come over quickly, but I was able to remove the clog. Marc came by and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and courteous. The first job was just to remove the drum trap and replace with a standard P-trap and replace the drain-overflow drain in the bathtub. When his people were here, they discovered the trap was placed lower than the drainage pipe (Which meant the water from tub would need to fight gravity to be drained out. They didn't charge and came back next week to complete the job. The job was done very well.

THE CALL WAS MADE ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 25, THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. THE PLUMBER FITTED US INTO HIS SCHEDULE, ARRIVING LATER THAT AFTERNOON. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ONE HOUR LATER AT A REASONABLE COST. IT INCLUDED RODDING OF THE LINE TO THE MAIN SEWER CONNECTION CLEARING OBSTRUCTION (INCLUDING ROOTS, GREASE, ETC.). WE HAD A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH A PLUMBER CHARGING EXORBITANT FEES FOR A SIMPLER JOB. THE PLUMBER WAS COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND HELPED US UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. I HAVE NO IDEA IF THE PRICE IS FAIR BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPARE IT WITH, HOWEVER, THEY WERE IN MY BASEMENT FOR 5 HOURS. PARTLY BECAUSE THEY HAD TO LET THE MAIN PIPE DRAIN AND THERE WAS SO MUCH PRESSURE THAT THEY HAD TO LET THE WATER OUT SLOWLY. THAT IS WHAT TOOK SO LONG. WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM WE HAD THE WORK SCHEDULED FOR 2 DAYS OUT, HOWEVER, OVERNIGHT THE PROBLEM GOT WORSE. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME THAT AFTERNOON.

CAME ON TIME. FINISHED JOB PRETTY CLOSE TO TIME ESTIMATED. PRICE WAS CLOSE TO ESTIMATE. IF YOU CAN PLEASE MY HUSBAND, YOU ARE DOING QUITE WELL. WE PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN SHOULD WE HAVE A NEED.

THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME!

THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY, WHICH WE APPRECIATED. THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE POLITE, CLEAN, & EFFICIENT. THE WORK DONE WAS GOOD. WE ASKED FOR A FOLLOW UP ESTIMATE ON ADDITIONAL WORK, BUT THEY HAVEN'T CONTACTED US ABOUT IT.

WE HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AND THEN THE GUYS NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WERE SO NICE ON THE PHONE WHEN WE SET THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY HAD A GOOD ANGIE'S LIST RATING.

THEY PERFORMED EXTREMELY WELL. THE JOB WAS WELL DONE. BUT I THOUGHT THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH.

PUNCTUAL, REASONABLY PRICED AND EFFICIENT.

WHEN I CALLED, MARC SAID THAT HE ALREADY HAD A CREW IN THE AREA ON A JOB THAT WASN'T GOING TO TAKE AS LONG AS EXPECTED, AND COULD THEY COME IN 1 TO 1-1/2 HOURS. TWO MEN ARRIVED ABOUT 2 HRS LATER, PRETTY CLOSE TO THE ESTIMATED TIME. THEY WERE GOOD AT THEIR WORK, BUT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T COME IN A REGULAR PLUMBERS PANEL TRUCK (PERHAPS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE OTHER JOB PLANNED FOR THE DAY) THEY HAD TO LEAVE TWICE TO GO TO HOME DEPOT FOR PARTS. FORTUNATELY IT IS ONLY A 15 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY. THEY DID A SOLID, WORKMAN JOB. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

IT IS A GREAT COMPANY, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

PLUMBER ON TIME, POLITE, & PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE. WE DISCUSSED FURTHER PROJECTS, BUT DESPITE A FOLLOW UP CALL WITH MARK TO GET AN ESTIMATE, I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I'M DISAPPOINTED, BECAUSE I'D LIKE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE.

MARC WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING YOUNG MAN... NOT YOUR TYPICAL PLUMBER. (NO OFFENSE TO YOU OTHER PLUMBERS!) HE WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME AS HE WENT ALONG. OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, AND IT'S COMFORTING TO KNOW THERE'S A SKILLED PLUMBER NEARBY. ALSO, WHEN HE WAS RUNNING LATE FOR THE SECOND APPOINTMENT, HE WAS CONSIDERATE ENOUGH TO CALL ME.
