"This is a shame. The customer is only available on Friday of only some weeks. While I have tried to schedule a mutually convenient time for the appointment, she cancelled our first and did not reply to my offer of a second. I have continued to leave her messages to attempt to reschedule, but will have to refund her payment on the Big Deal coupon if she is not able to respond. As my reviews indicate, I am very solicitous of my customers and work hard to accommodate them."
"I am very sorry that this customer was dissatisfied. While I explained that the service she requested involved only three chemicals, it was a necessary maintenance activity. The treatment was provided as previewed, the customer's expectations were apparently not met. I regret that this dissatisfaction was not expressed at the time so that it could have been promptly addressed. Instead the complaint was registered three months after the fact. I make a point of working hard to satisfy the needs and expectations of every customer. While she has not requested it, I will refund the fee that I charged this customer with my apology."
Rick did all the work himself, made no mess, no harsh fumes and gave me detailed instructions on taking care of them myself.
Next time the counters look ruff I'l call Rick!
I bought a groupon for so many square feet of service.
I wanted the table done so he did it thoroughly and also looked over my granite countertops
and recommended how to clean properly.
