Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I could never recommend them to anyone: 1.Closed outdoor hot tub last October for $250.00 w/o issue. 2.Scheduled to open outdoor for $325.00 originally in April. 3.Didn t actually show up until June after I called them multiple times. Now claims there is a problem with a hot tub since the time they originally closed it in October w/o problem. 4.Said there were problems with the pumps, and they would take them to the shop to determine what needs to be done at no charge. The hot tub cannot be opened. 5.They called saying they couldn t get replacement parts. Turns out they are not an authorized Jaccuzi center, and the owner didn t even know the exact parts that needed replacement. They then proceeded to hold the pumps they had voluntarily taken hostage unless I paid them unless I paid them for services non-rendered, incomplete, and didn t know what parts to even look for.($325.00). Tried to up sell me into a $2500 replacement.

"THE SERVICES WHICH WERE CONTRACTED FOR WERE COMPLETED. THE SERVICES PROVIDED WAS TO CLEAN UP THE SPA AND PREPARE IT FOR USE. HOWEVER, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OLD EQUIPMENT NOT BEING FUNCTIONAL. THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND THE CUSTOMER HIMSELF RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER VENDOR WHO TOLD HIM THE SAME THING, THAT THE PUMPS NEEDED REPLACEMENT. AT NO TIME DO WE CLAIM TO BE AN AUTHORIZED JACUZZI CENTER. WE SERVICE MANY DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS OF SPAS AND THE USE OF NON-OEM PARTS IS COMMON. THE CUSTOMER WAS WELL AWARE OF OUR BACKLOG OF WORK AS OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS POOLS AND HE CALLED DURING POOL OPENING SEASON. HOLDING THE PUMPS HOSTAGE MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE AS WE SAID THEY WERE USELESS TO BEGIN WITH."

Service was good, but scheduling and initial responsiveness was difficult. I called approximately 4 times before I was able to get this scheduled. The first 3 times, I was told I would be called back. The call back times ended up either being received at different days/times then when I was told, and/or a call back was never received. On the 4th try, I was finally connected directly with the folks that did the work immediately. Happy with the work and outcome though.

They were excellent. There was originally a mix-up in the scheduled time (they didn't show up when I thought they were going to), but they were extremely apologetic (and I definitely got the feeling this was a rare instance). After that, they came the next day, did the work in a timely manner, and were polite and professional. They were even a little less expensive than some others I priced.

They also do all of our maintenance, and they take very good care of our pool. They are very professional, they keep their appointments, and they do a good job.
