When I called them they were willing to send someone out about two days later. They were very quick and so far seems have done a good job. The price seemed to be okay.

Came the day after we called, cleaned out the gutters, made some recommendations and left invoice in the mailbox. Fast and easy!

We are very satisified that Andy stood by his work and came back to re-attach the downspout.

I had a leak in the upstairs doormer area and felt that I needed gutters there. Andy came out, assessed the area and stated that we should try to seal areas as a solution instead of installing gutters that may not be needed. When he came out he also identified and sealed areas around the chimney. As I do not go onto the roof I would not have known that this was a need until much more work would have been needed. I would hire his company again without hesitation.

He has done a lot work in the neighborhood, and he does a very good job. The whole neighborhood uses him a lot. He is not a very friendly person, but knows what he is doing, and he lets you know too. I trust him and will use him again if I need to.

Another gutter cleaner never showed up by the first snowfall and the gutters were overflowing leaves and debris. After a recent warm-up, the water was coming in the house at different points. I called Andy's Customs Gutter just to ask if he'd put me on a list to clean the gutters in the Spring after the winter thaw. He said he had about 30 people on a list ahead of me, but he'd see what he could do. The next day, he called, said he was in the area, and the gutters were cleaned out on two stories in about an hour. I was impressed by his quick responsiveness.

The price was reasonable. They gave us a window of time when they would be out, which they held to. They were extremely efficient. I will be using them again.

My experience was good. They gave me an estimate, which is what I paid. They came on time and got the work done quickly. They were good about cleaning up too.

Andy is great. His workmanship and professionalism are also great. Because he is a small business operator, his waiting list can be backed up several months. If you need the work done right, make sure to call him sooner rather than later.

They gave us a very reasonable quote. He came by when we weren't around and took care of everything and left the bill in the mailbox. It was no hassle and really easy. The price was excellent, the best price we could get.

I have used them for over eight years. They have done a variety of work like gutter cleaning and repair. I like that he is prompt and responsive. He returns calls right away. I feel that the cost is reasonable. The estimates are right on. He just leaves the bill in our door and we just send him a check. He has gone out of his way to help us out unusual our gutter situation. He is such pleasant to work with and straight forward.

This company was easy to communicate with but there was a built-in delay since the communications were through messages. He was upfront about the time frame that the project would take. The work turned out as I had expected and he actually did a great job.

They were able to schedule us quickly. They showed up when they said they would. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris. They stayed within the estimate.

He showed up on his own, did the work, and mailed us bill. I'd use him again.

Andy promptly cleaned the gutters in my 4 unit building. Andy is not only highly professional, but he's very kind as well. I've had some bad experiences with various contractors in the past, and Andy showed integrity. There was a part my roof that butts up against my neighbor's house. This part was not cleaned out originally as the part that needed cleaning is below the roof line and not readily seen. When I asked if he could come back to do this, he kept his word and did it. Additionally, I have another property that I had some questions about gutter placement. Andy went to check this place out as well. I had many questions, and was impressed that Andy patiently answered all of them. I would highly recommend this company.

They put us on a list and came when the weather was appropriate for gutter cleaning.

Excellent. Work was complete within two weeks, and the price seemed very reasonable. I had assumed that the piece of gutter had to be replaced, but was told it just needed repairing, so credit is given for not charging for work that did not need to be done. Very good experience.

I called to make an appointment, and they said they would come out within the next 7 days. I asked to be called before they came out, and the person I spoke to said that would not be a problem. Andy's two employees arrived a couple days later, but I did not receive a call before hand. They were both friendly and seemed to work fast. When they were done, one of Andy's employees rang my doorbell and handed me my bill. I asked him where they disposed of the debris and they said they don't do that. He said that with the debris from my garage gutters was swept into a couple piles in back of my garage and the debris off our roof was thrown over the side into our garden and that I would not even be able to tell it was there? I was a little surprised that they don't clean up the gunk in the first place, but also that it was thrown into our garden. I checked in back and saw where the debris/sludge had been thrown into the garden and had splattered onto the garage wall. I believe there was some thrown over the edge of our roof into our front lawn as well. The debris from the garage was in piles behind our garage which included lots of branches and twigs as well. I really found it unprofessional that they didn't clean up the debris, and also how they had just tossed it over the roof of our house. I called Andy and explained the situation. He said they don't normally dispose of the debris when working in Chicago because they don't know where to throw it away. I suggested he make it clear to his customers that Andy's does not clean up the gunk that is cleaned out of their gutters and/or roof. I had gotten quotes from other gutter cleaning companies that mentioned they throw the debris away so I assumed Andy's Gutters did as well. Andy's price is good, but since it does not include throwing away the debris, I will not go with them again.

He did a good job and I didn't have to be present for him to clean them. He made it no hassle for myself. I did get a couple estimates for other work to be done and he gave them for free. He was very friendly.

It went okay. They came on time and came when they were supposed to. They were quick about it. The bill was what the estimate they gave me. There were no problems.

We had a clogged downspout going into the drain tile, and a split downspout that needed repair. I explained to Andy what our problem was over the phone, he said he'd stop by to look at it as soon as he could, and let me know what we needed to do. I appreciate the fact that they came within a few days of my call. BUT, they never called to say they were actually coming, which scared the heck out of me when. While my toddler was napping, I heard a loud bang on the side of the house, people walking around on my roof, and yelling outside. I ran outside and realized what was going on, which was fine, I just would've appreciated a heads-up(we are always on our guard here in the city). This was just supposed to be an estimate, they were not approved to do any work. Before I knew it, they had pulled all of the metal springs out of all of the gutters(top of the downspouts)that I had installed by another company. They also screwed a downspout together. I am irritated that they did this work without asking(I would have NOT let them remove the metal springs)and would have appreciated an estimate before doing actual work. Andy had the guys put the springs in a pile on our front steps and gave me a bill for $95. I was pretty upset by this and my husband did not pay the bill right away. Andy began calling us EVERY DAY, including VERY EARLY HOURS ON SATURDAY MORNING(yeah, we get your point, Andy, but that I call harassment). We are good people who ALWAYS pay our bills on time. I was flabbergasted by the complete lack of professionalism on Andy's part. We will never use them again!

They were great. They came on time and did the work. They followed up and let me know they did there job. They did a great assessment and recommended things to me. They went above and beyond.

Andy's was very responsive to my call. They quoted a price immediately over the phone and showed up within 2 days. I happened to be home (which was not needed) during the time of the cleaning. They were working in inclement weather and never complained. They did an excellent job with the minor exception of not sweeping some of the dirt/leaves that came out of the gutter. Overall they took a simple job, kept it simple, were prompt and had the best prices of several companies I called. I would use them again.

They returned my call right away and were able to come out the same week. They left the bill. Everything went smoothly.
