I wasn't home, so I have no idea how much time he spent or what kind of job he did when he came out in late November or early December. I do remember being surprised that he had been here, because I wasn't gone very long. But I know for certain that I had serious ice jams and icicles on the north side of the house by February. When I called-- twice --to have him come out and see what was causing the problem, he never responded. I was surprised, because this was the second year I'd used him for gutter cleaning, and he was responsive in setting up the appointments before.

I thought he was good, but i felt kind of hustled and pressured by him. His worker was here for an hour and a half. He altered the tilt of my gutter and claimed that I wouldn't get any icicles this winter, however I did get icicles. I felt like it was overpriced for the work that he did. He sat in the car while his worker worked on my gutters. When I called him he said it was the beginning of his season and he needed to do the job that day or otherwise he would have no time. I felt very rushed.

Even though they could have made money off us, they gave us good advice. We will just have to contend with our flat roof each year and keep this particular spot clear of ice. I appreciated very much that they were honest with us. They were very nice and prompt.

They charged us a flat fee. The experience went pretty good and I was happy with their work. They came, did their job, and left. We were at home, but they did the job without meeting us. The price was reasonable. I can't remember exactly how much we paid, but the price was okay compared to what we paid before with others. The price could have been better. It was competitive, but it was not dirt cheap.

He was able to find siding to match ours, which is great because our siding is really old. He replaced some endcaps on the corners. He did a nice job, but I thought he was a little pricey for the material. Other than that, I was happy with his work.

Andy was very nice and polite. I had several questions and he called me back and answered all my questions. I was gettting water in one corner of my basement from heavy rain and it was definitely due to the old downspouts. By redirectling and replacing some downspouts, I no longer get water in that corner.

I called them. We made the appointment. They came and cleaned the gutters. They did a great job.

They were great. They were prompt in getting back to us and scheduling and they did a good job. They were pretty customer oriented and I would definitely use them again.

After contacting 3 "A" rated gutter specialists from AL none of them would do this job or provide me with a quote because it was too small. I was given Andy's information as a referral from a neighbor and they were clear from the beginning on their price and when they could do the work. Needless to say without this small replacement we could of lost more of our gutters with the winter ice that has now appeared just days after the work was completed. My family member works for a general contractor and he is now going to recommend Andy to all his new and existing clients. Andy should feel good that he doesn't mind doing small jobs because clearly he will benefit over his competition who I find it hard to believe would turn down business in these hard economic times. They were very efficient and on time. I felt that their price was very reasonable too.

I would rate them highly in every category.

They were great. This is a very tall house and they couldn?t use even the tallest ladder. They hung themselves out from the top which was very scary to watch and cleaned the downspouts. They came on time and they did a very good job though it was very difficult. They very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. I would grade them high across all the categories.

Everything went on well and was excellent. They first came out to take a look at everything and looked at whatever needed to be done. We thought that there were a few gutters that needed to be fixed, but then the person who came out went around and pointed out at gutters that were leaking. He then recommended us to replace the gutters with different ones other than iron gutters. It was very clear about what he understood and what we wanted to be accomplished, after he did the work. We had severe damage in a breezeway due to the leakage from the gutters. So, they removed all the old gutters and replaced them with new ones and took care of everything. They did exactly whatever they said they were going to do and they did it on schedule. We had to hold off putting the last gutter up, as we were repairing windows. So, they came back and installed the last gutter. They did exactly what we asked them to do and also did a follow up. They cleaned the place and the place was neat when they left. They didn't leave any mess around and didn't damage anything. They did a great job and I liked their style. They were excellent too. I couldn't compare their prices with any other company, but we paid for whatever we got.

The experience with them was excellent. They came right out and did everything. They were here on time. They left no mess and we didn?t have to explain anything over. There was no fighting or anything like that. I thought that they were priced a little high but on the other hand, it was definitely worth it. They fixed a couple of things for us that other people had refused to fix because it was too difficult to get to or because it was not worth their effort. We didn?t have any problem with Andy?s. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and it was unbelievable. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

Called Andy at around noon on a weekday, and they were at our house by 2pm. Prompt!!! They have cleaned our gutters for two years and have been reliable and professional each time. No mess, sweeped our porch and cleaned up the clogged leaves. Can't say a bad thing about them.

He is very responsive and comes and does his work and leaves. His pricing is reasonable and the quality of his work is good.

Everything went perfectly. They responded within 24 hours, and things were super easy. They gave me an estimate on cleaning the gutters. They came within a week, finished the job within a week, and left a bill in my mail slot. I also asked them for a bid to replace my gutters, but decided not to use them. It was not because there was anything negative about them, though.

I got an estimate from Andy back in February 2009, but because of different circumstances was not able to get to this project until September 2009. Andy was incredibly accommodating. Not only was he still willing to do the work, but he stood by his estimate from 7 months before. (By the way, I had gotten 3 estimates from top-rated Angie's List companies and Andy's was the lowest estimate plus his reviews were better than the other companies' reviews.) We were going to be out of the country for almost a month leaving September 21st, so he agreed to come before September 18th. He was incredibly understanding, and did not complain at any time. He came on September 16th with his crew and they worked quickly and efficiently. He had provided us with wonderful solutions for re-routing a couple of the downspouts and did a fantastic job on replacing a number of downspouts around the house. You can tell he takes every job seriously no matter how big it is, and he is very proud of his work. While he was here, I also asked him if he could re-route a downspout that was not in the estimate. He said they would probably have time, gave me an estimate on the spot, and did the work. Also, he took a quick look at our roof and replaced some sealant that was coming off - at no additional charge. They cleaned up everything afterward, and left everything as clean as it was before. I rarely run into someone who is so easy to work with and whose work is of such high quality.

On separate instances a week apart, Andy returned my phone calls the same day. He came out and the crew did the job perfectly. They were meticulous about everything, plus they hauled the old downspouts away. We will use them again if need be and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Andy was very quick to respond, and the service was convenient. He did the work while I was gone and left an invoice. Afterwards I asked him to give me an evaluation of our gutter system. He let me know what was in good shape and what we might want to replace without any pressure or sales pitch.

The quality of his work was good. His price was reasonable.

They charged us an exorbitant amount. It was only a small crack, and I did not think their prices were fair for the work they did. I was shocked by the price when they told me, and I am not likely to use them again.

They got back to me within a week of my calling. They came out when they said that they were going too. They were friendly and they worked efficiently. The price was reasonable. They were great.

Everything went great. Cleaned and Inspected gutters while I was away and left an invoice in the mailbox. I will definitely use them in the future.

Andy was very responsive to all questions I had and called me back immediately (the same day) even if it was after regular business hours. He came out very shortly after I had requested an estimate to provide details of the work to be done. He called prior to coming over to complete the job and the crew cleaned up the work area well.
