Andy was very responsive--he returned calls immediately, made helpful recommendations, and his team did the work when they said they would and did an excellent job. Price was lowest of three bids.

They came out within a week of calling, performed the cleaning and the other tasks. They fixed a sagging gutter to drain more effectively. The price for cleaning was quite reasonable, as was the price for the other items. They were quick, clean and efficient.

I felt that it has always been a good experience using this company for gutter cleaning. They are very unobtrusive and give good value for money. In fact, since I have GUTTERSTUFF on part of my house, they did not charge me the entire usual fee for a cleaning.

I called Andy on June 4 and requested gutter cleaning and a possible repair, as we had a gutter overflowing. Andy returned my call and indicated he would be out sometime the following week to clean and inspect the gutters. He came out and cleaned the gutters on our two story home and garage on June 10 and left a bill for $95 - I appreciate that he will do the work when no one is at home. However, on the bill he made note that a downspout was split at the back seam. Since he had my phone number, I was disappointed that he didn't call me to let me know about the problem and ask if I wanted him to repair it at that time. I did call Andy's office and requested that he return to replace the downspout, which he did on June 16 for a cost of $60. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Andy's service.

Andy's always does great work. We have used their services since we moved into our house 15 years ago. The company responds to requests quickly and the work done is always high quality. I think the amount of money they charge is quite reasonable.

Andy has cleaned our gutters for years. A neighbor referred him to us, and he was considerably cheaper than the company we'd been using. So when our garage needed a re-do and some repair, we called him for an estimate. His price was good and we chose him over a very highly Angie's-rated company. He did use a sub for the roofing, but Andy himself and his helper did the garage. It wasn't just an easy reside as there were some issues including damaged frame wood. The garage turned out really well, every problem was fixed. They even took care of some odds and ends that I'd assumed I'd have to do myself. Andy was thorough and thoughtful and easy to communicate with. After the job the site was completely cleaned up. Andy is an old-school craftsman, the kind of guy you can have work on your property with complete confidence. And when you deal with him, you are dealing with *him*, not a subcontractor or someone who 'has to ask the boss' about anything that arises. Highly recommended!

Andy was very nice and came out, looked at my copper gutters and said that they needed to be replaced. I had had rain flooding them for a couple years and sheeting over the back of my building -- they seemed to get overly full and the rain just slopped over them. He said they needed replacing. He was unable to do the job when he first saw them, so I agreed to wait. I had to wait about six months. I also agreed to Andy taking the copper gutters in return for which I asked for and he gave me $100 off my bill - a small amount considering how much the copper was worth, but I didn't want to have to deal with the copper sitting in my yard or hiring a copper dealer to haul it away. I also only have gutters on the back of my house and didn't want to spend $6000 for new copper gutters. AFter he replaced the gutters with less-lovely ones, he told me that their was a blockage and that I'd have to get Rotorooter to come out and fix it. That cost another $200 and I found out from the Rotrooter guy that this is probably why the gutters weren't working properly, not that they necessarily needed replacing. So - Andy did a good job, but he took his time, he took my copper gutters and hung new ones that I probably didn't need, and then he complained that it was a bigger job than he thought, as if I had underpaid him or taken advantage of him. So - not so happy with Andy, although he seemed like a nice enough man. Perhaps I'm being unfair - but I don't think so. He's been working with gutters for many years - he probably understood what the issue was.

They completed the work the week I requested and did a fine job. I have used Andy's Gutters for 3 years now and have no complaints.

Work completed when and as promised.

I didn't talk to Andy, but got a quick response and the work was done when no one was home. Overall it was very efficient and cheap, but slightly impersonal. I'd hire him again without reservation anyway.

My experience with them was fantastic. I called him, and he was here within a couple of days. I found the bill in my mailbox. It was an easy transaction, and there was absolutely no hassle. I am calling them later today for this year.

From start to finsish the team came in and did a complete job, they know how to work fast and were amazingly clean in their work.

Andy has cleaned our gutter each spring and fall for a couple of years. He is always punctual, efficient and thorough. As evidenced by our continues use of his services, we have been very pleased.

Workers show up promptly, finish the work quickly, and clean up after themselves. This is the second time I've used them, and I plan to continue to phone them twice a year for gutter-cleaning.
