He was professional and thorough in his diagnostic which allowed me to send the appropriate estimates to the extended warranty company. I will definitely call Yabi Services immediately if I need any additional appliance work. Most vendors wouldn't even come out to diagnose a wine cellar refrigerator but Yabi services had the expertise and attention to service to diagnose.

This was the second time that I've had Yabi come to repair a broken appliance. A year ago he fixed my washing machine, and this time he fixed my dryer (the belt was broken and another part needed replacing as well). The total amount for repairing the dryer, including labor and the two replacement parts, came to under $200. Yabi was punctual and completed the whole job in half an hour. I recommend Yabi Services without any hesitation - thank you, Yabi!

Great. He found the problem and corrected it. I was quite pleased.

Sam was punctual and explained exactly what needed to be done. Then, he made the quickly repairs.

Very well. He ordered it on Friday and installed it on Saturday. He was very polite and clean. He took the broken part and recycled it.

It ended up my problem was a plumbing issue...technician was very honest about it and tried to assist me with finding someone to resolve issue.would definitely hire again. Most helpful repairman ever.

My washing machine could not be fixed - part was no longer available but would have been expensive anyway. He fixed my oven on the spot. Called right away. Was over in a couple of hours. Fixed the oven which was wonderful because I had a dinner for 12 the next evening. Ordered a new washing machine from Abt on Tuesday and it was delivered Wed morning. I would hire Yabi again - lovely young man. And would buy from Abt when a new appliance is needed.

Great experience. Yabi was very professional and came out the day after I called him. He was punctual and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He also explained clearly what the issue was and showed me what he had replaced.

Yabi was absolutely terrific! He knew immediately what was wrong and efficiently and expertly fixed it. He also tightened the bolts on the freezer handle so it would stay on and he readjusted the front legs on the refrigerator so the pitch was right. He even cleaned up some dust that accumulated behind the refrigerator. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. West Suburban will be my new "goto" for appliance repairs. I think their pricing is very competitive and fair.

It went great. I called in the morning and set up a time for the same day. He called to give me an ETA and he showed up on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and the tips he gave me on maintaining my washer.

The Tech came out and did the repair, very pleased with the result.

The problem was not fixed.

They came the day i called which was great. And explained issues with the washer also gave helpful tips.

Outstanding service! It's my pleasure to offer a 5-star review for YABI SERVICES INC. My LG clothes dryer stopped operating on a Friday, the major appliance center where I've purchased all my appliances and electronics said no service appts. were available for 10 days (!) and quoted me an unreasonable service call fee. I took a chance by calling Yabi Services, and not only was Yabi able to schedule me the next day, Saturday, but the questions he properly asked on the phone provided him enough information to show up for the appt., on time, with a replacement motor. He explained the problem, the solution, the costs involved (labor and parts), and performed the work quickly AND correctly, with the help of his colleague, Mike. My dryer is like new! I would not hesitate to call Yabi again, and happy to recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair.

He always responded to phone calls and texts. He showed up to my house at the time he said he would. He fixed the problem. He charged a fair price. In other words...perfect service.

Overall it was a great experiment. The only thing that I would like to see some improvement on is punctuality. My tech was an hour late to fix my washing machine. Everything else was fantastic, and honestly well worth the wait. What made it so great is thar he gave me fair work, and looked out for my best interests. He could have charged more. At first he quoted me a price to replace the motor. But when he came back and gave a more detailed inspection, he discovers it was only the brushes that needed to be replaced. This was two hundred dollars cheaper for parts and labor than to replace the whole motor. And he could have just charged me for a new motor, and I’d be none the wiser. But he didn’t take advantage of me and only did what needed to be done instead of padding a bill. This alone makes it worth the wait. His work itself was also solid. I ran a load of laundry after he left and it’s not only working, but it’s wodking faster than before! I will continue to use Yabi as my appliance repair tech. I hope this helps for anyone looking for an honest, do it the right way kind of tech. Thanks Yabi, you have this customer for life.

I cannot say enough good about this company. I called on a Sunday and Yabbi called me back within an hour of my first call. I was amazed at how fast someone called me back and scheduled my appointment for the very next day. Yabbi came to my home they were very efficent, Very Clean, Very respectful and their prices and very reasonable. they cleaned behind both of my appliances and I have never had a repair service do that. I would HIGHLY Recommend this company to everyone I know. They are EXCELLENT!

Perfectly, All maintenance issues and functionality restored in 90 minutes on both machines. Showed me the failed parts and replaced systems, then discussed with me the maintenance needs and steps he took as vendor to lengthen service life of the used appliances and was both on time and efficient. Couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and efficiency!
