Happy Sky Cleaning

I was in dire need of a deep home cleaning for a very large home in preparation for my home being listed on the MLS. We had interested parties scheduled for the next day to tour our home. I reached out to Sky Cleaning at 5pm, and they were able to get a crew of 2 cleaners here the next morning at 7am! They did not disappoint! I will hire Sky Cleaning on a regular basis for cleaning services in my new home. The prices are reasonable and the cleaning is extremely thorough. The company provides constant updates via text in the day of and during the cleaning. Payment is accepted electronically on the spot, and if the crew needs to stay longer or there is an additional charge, the company will always text you first for approval.

Aurora performed our cleaning service and she was amazing. She came in and got right to work. She took her time and made sure everything was cleaned immaculately. She left our home smelling and looking amazing! We decided to move forward with the recurring service.

It started out bad when I called her out on why it took an hour to vacuum the basement and everything else was already clean by me. The bathroom shower doors were cleaner before she got there, than when she left They had an oily film on the doors. And she claimed it was steam. I said that’s impossible. The upstairs kitchen floor was sticky and oily. Under the kitchen sink was not clean. Kitchen cabinets were not wiped inside or out. The front of the refrigerator door was not wiped. The master bathroom countertop was not clean. The washer was not cleaned lights and ceiling fan were not cleaned. Very argumentative and I asked her not to raise her voice to me. I would never recommend Lori to anybody. We paid her for her time there which was $220. But my girlfriend spent an additional hour doing what she did not do. Very disappointing. The old saying goes if you want something done right do it yourself. We should’ve applied it.

We had hired this company for a move in prior to a home we bought. The house had brand new carpeting and paint, and was completely unfurnished. We received a quote for four hours, three cleaners. On the day of service one of the women was late. Three of the four hours was spent cleaning the upstairs. Which had no furniture and brand new carpeting. However when we looked upstairs all of the windows and corners had cobwebs and spiders and the mirrors were left streaked. A woman who never identified her relationship to the company reached out to say they would need to stay longer to complete the job, and we would be charged more. We spoke with her regarding how they had been spending their time and she agreed to “discount” some of the extra time. The women spilled dirty liquid all over the brand new carpet in the basement which we had to pay to have cleaned. Additionally, the fridge which we had asked to have cleaned was not touched and after they left we discovered dead bugs and flies in the freezer still. Definitely not cleaned. After hiring a “professional” cleaning service For hundreds of dollars, I feel as though I should not have to wipe cobwebs and dead bugs off of areas we were told were cleaned. It got to the point where we had to double check everything the had done, which as a professional company in an empty home, I feel we shouldn’t have ever had to do. We had reached out to the woman who had contacted us multiple times and asked to speak to the owner to discuss dissatisfaction. On that day we were told the owner was sick. Every time we asked after we were told we couldn’t speak with him. We wanted to speak with him prior to paying them to express what had transpired at our house, but instead all we recurved were harassing texts calls and emails from the unidentified woman demanding we pay. Overall, aside from being dissatisfied with the actual cleaning it was even more disappointing their disregard for customer service and appalling handling of clients. Additionally, one of the cleaning women actually stole our brand new Dyson vacuum from our house. As we were moving boxes in we didn’t even notice it was missing. It took us over a week to get ahold of the company and try to get the vacuum back( which we did thankfully) , but still.

Good. Except there were a small handful of things that were not completed upon the initial job. However, the issues I had were very quickly resolved. The company sent another cleaning person first thing the next day.

Ladies cleaning were fine. I spent alot of money and service was so-so. I dont feel i got the service i expected. I received a basic cleaning and not a spring cleaning that I paid for

It went very well. I hired them a couple of times and was very satisfied. I had one other hire which was not as good but they were very responsive to the issue and took care of it right away to my satisfaction. They are great to work with. I will be hiring them again.

Not well. I'm surprised Angie's List would even be associated with Happy Sky Cleaning. They called the day of to say they weren't coming, as they learned I'd cancelled. I disputed that. Then, they offered to call back once they cleared up the confusion. When they called back to say they would be coming, they discussed charges. We learned their exorbitant charges included the very basic items such as floors, mopping and vacuuming. Everything else, such as bathrooms, cabinetry, glass, light fixtures and so forth would be an additional charge, including a charge for another hour in order to do what I requested. By this time even my husband took notice. He asked, "What do they do for a minimum of $200.00? Further discussion indicated the total charge would be over $300.00 At that point I declined any services. It just wasn't worth it.

Maria did a great job! She covered all of the areas that needed attention, worked efficiently, and was finished on time. We would recommend this cleaning company and will use again!

The cleaning service spokeswoman and the cleaning lady were very professional from the moment i may contact with them. Will call them again and highly recommend their service.

She was a little late because she had the wrong address. She came with supplies and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased and am hiring them again.

Happy Sky Cleaning did an amazing deep clean job on my house which I recently moved out of. All of the wonderful reviews posted are 100% correct. They squeezed me in at the last minute when I was in a bind because the staggers had no flexibility in moving furniture into the house. We were on a very tight schedule and Happy Sky Cleaning came through. I now reside in Canada so with the exception of my realtor who let them in, we trusted them to do the work without any form of supervision. My realtor said that the place was spotless. They even cleaned the garage for us which was quite the job. The team that arrived were prompt, trustworthy, and communication was easy. My realtor was so impressed with Happy Sky Cleaning that she said she will continue to use them moving forward for her business needs. Highly Recommend.
