Ray's Plumbing Heating Air

Our furnace suddenly started making a strange noise and stopped working one morning. We called Ray's early in the morning and made an appointment for that day. They said they would be out early in the afternoon. Not long after we received a call saying the technician was on his way. Soon after the call the technician arrived and was able to immediately find the problem. He replaced the broken part, cleaned and got the furnace ready for the winter. Very pleased with service and immediate response.

The work was shoddily performed and failed just a few months later. One side of the sink started leaking at the return and a cursory glance revealed the cause. The drain assembly hadn't been screwed in correctly. It was lopsided on the threading and not by a little bit. An excess of wax had been applied to compensate. The company came back and initially told us we'd have to pay more to fix their faulty work. They eventually agreed to fix it, but didn't offer any restitution for their poor workmanship.
