They were very prompt on each day and the painter worked very diligently each day.  Patching work and painting was very good.  Our house is 106 years old and the walls are plaster so there were multiple cracks under the old wallpaper, but the new paint job looks very nice and smooth.   At the finish they cleaned up very well considering the amount of dust generated by the patching and sanding.

Excellent paint job, very timely, professional, and courteous.  The paint job itself was meticulous and I was very happy with the work done.  Would definitely use them again in the future.

Alex at Z & Z responded very quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. We set up a time for a painter to come the following week. The painter, Benjamin, arrived right on time at 7am, and worked throughout the day painting a guest room. Alex stopped by as well to check on Benjamin's progress. The room looks wonderful, and we would use Z & Z Painting again without reservation.

Alex and his team were very very good at their job. They were courteous and professional. Alex came home one evening to estimate the work. He explained what his team would do, how long it would take, how much it would cost.
We were unable to buy the paint the evening before because it was a rush job and the stores had closed. Alex stopped by the paint store in the morning and bought the paint for us at a discount. He even lent us paint for the baseboards and the wooden bannister!
The job was underestimated somewhat, and work needed to be done the next day, but Alex did not charge us more and there were absolutely no issues...even a discussion was not needed. 
There were some items like caulking and painting the baseboards in the bedrroms, that were in the category of "will do time permitting". Even though the work went over the time allocated and estimated, Alex and his team kept their word and still did the extra work just so that it would look good and because he felt it just wouldn't be right to leave it the way it was.
It was a good experience, I would use Z&Z again in a flash and I would recommend his company wholeheartedly to anyone.

The painters arrived 15 minutes prior to when they were supposed to.  After going over what we wanted painted they began to place drop cloths everywhere.  We were very impressed by this as they even went the distance to place drop cloths in the areas that they walked in, as to not track dirt in the house.  My wife has a very critical eye and even she could not find one thing wrong with their work.  The last painter we had in our house splattered paint all over our rugs and floors, so this was a refreshing change.  When they were finished they put everything back and they left it the way the found it.

We were extremely happy with the painters and the results.  The painters were professional and polite.  They taped off trim work, moved and covered all furniture, and covered all flooring.  All cracks were filled and sanded, even on the ceiling which was not being painted!  After finishing all baseboards were caulked.  All edges are crisp and straight and the rooms look wonderful.  Alex came by once during the day to check progress, and then again at the end of the job to check the work.  We were so happy with the work that we actually asked him to quote a few more rooms for us.  I would not hesitate to use Z&Z Painting again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it kind of worked out okay. The deal was just supposed to be for walls, but it was not specified in the details.  They went ahead and did it anyway for the same money. There was a section of my ceiling that we were trying to get fixed,  but could not be fixed because it was so saturated from a past leak. Except for one spot on the ceiling about the size of a basketball everything else on the ceiling is painted fine. They were timely and the price was definitely doable. I am happy with what they did.

I had been thinking about getting my space repainted for quite some time.  After I purchased the deal on Angie's List, I was able to set up service for the next week.  I had some back and forth with questions about how long the job would take and how much paint I needed to buy.  All questions were answered promptly.  I received a call 24 hours prior to confirm the appt. and see if I had any last minute questions.
Two guys arrived promptly on the day I scheduled and got right to work. They worked fast and did a great job. I had two guys for 8 hours and they painted my entire space (two coats) in about 6.5 hours. They then took the extra time to help me put some furniture back in place.
Fantastic experience overall.  Highly recommended!!

Benjamin did a great job for us.  Very neat and professional, and he got a lot of work done in a short period of time.  We were very pleased with the service and will be doing more with them.

Painters did an excellent job but needed more time than expected, and then I was mislead on the additional cost.  Ended up paying more than expected.

They were quick to respond. They were just a bit slow due to lack of workmanship, but they did a fabulous job.

Z & Z was very prompt in scheduling my appointment.  The work done was very professional.  I was also impressed that the workers were able to get more painting done than I had originally planned for the time frame allotted in the deal.

It went wonderfully.  Aleks checked in and set the job up and the work was completely in a timely and efficient manner.

They were very neat and tidy and performed the painting/staining at a very high level. We are extremely happy with the work and will use ZANDZ for our next paint job.

Everyone was very easy to work with on this job. I scheduled an appointment on a Monday for them to come out and paint two rooms on that Friday. Everything at the house looks great!

The work looks very good, done that day and we also asked for an estimate for possible future work in the house.

Alex, the owner, called me the evening before to confirm the work and the man he was sending, and the next morning Israel, the painter, showed up exactly at 8:00am, as promised, and began the work.  I walked him through all that areas for him to "inspect" and get working on, and he worked away until 5:00pm virtually non-stop getting all of the areas that needed addressing.  Alex showed up an hour or so after Israel arrived to make sure everything was all set, and he quoted exactly the price I was hoping for.  It was a great deal at $200 given it was trim paint in one color and walls in another, plus they did the patching and clean-up work like pros.  Israel was very easy to work with, again, and did a top-notch job.  I would highly recommend Z&Z for quality and pricing.

I was very impressed with their service. They were very accomodating to my schedule. The owner and his assistant were great to work with. Their professionlism and quality were very high. They were very fast to get the job done. He even worked with me to get a discount on the paint.

Perfect from start to finish! The owner made sure his painter was all set up and we were all clear on what needed to be done. Then, the painter quickly did his job. He was very tidy and cleaned up the sink where he cleaned his rollers. Very precise and thorough!

These guys are GREAT!  I am a landlord and my basement tenant emailed me a picture of the bathroom ceiling.  It looked like the paint started peeling in one area.  I contacted Z&Z and they got back right away with a rough estimate of how much it would cost.  When the painter showed up on Saturday, we realized it was worse than we first thought.  After peeling back the paint, there was a hole in the ceiling.  He sanded it down, and then came back the next day (to make sure it was dried out) to repair it.  Then he waited another day to make sure the repair was strong enough to be painted over.  This also gave me time to get a plumber in to fix the minor leak from upstairs.  I can't tell how awesome these guys are.  They took their time to make sure they did the job the right way, and that's exactly what I want to see.  They were also extremely courteous of my timetable and that of the tenants as well. 
I would HIGHLY recommend making these guys your new go-to painters.  They are well worth it.
