Austin and his team were awesome. Very quick, clean and thorough. His communication was clear. I only wish they were able to do drywall, framing and other work because I'd hire them for that too. I highly recommend them cause The Real Seal is the real deal!

Their crew arrived at the agreed time and proceeded  to tackle the strenuous job of removing the drain tile system that had ceased to function. This tile had been laid some 30 plus years ago at an elevation that was barely beneath the surface of the pea gravel covering the earth under the crawl space. They also removed the original sump pit that was not installed deep enough. They then dug trenches for the new tile, and installed that and a new sump pit and placed our existing pump in it. When their task was complete they did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Because the earth beneath the pea gravel was wet it made a muddy mess but by the time they finished cleaning up the crawl space looked like new. Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of the work over all. In addition when I first contacted this company, Austin, the owner, came out to see me and look at the problem. He talked with me about what was going  on, I already knew from observation, and showed me some creative ways to correct the problem. He also worked with me on pricing in order that I would be able to afford to have the work done within my means. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this company for their integrity and the quality of the workmanship.

The real seal came out and did a complete look at the issue i had. They identified the location of the crack, gave me options to repair internal or external. They also ensured i understood the age and expected life span of the sump pump to ensure i would have no other water issues in the future. They quoted the crack repair as well as the price of a new sump but didn't pressure me at all. I went with the external crack repair. They worked with me to abide by my town permit process and helped me secure another contractor for concrete repair of my patio and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend The Real Seal.

He basically told me what I needed, not anything more or anything less and I appreciated that. He came out here for a second quote. It was great.
