I would highly recommend The Lint King. It was very easy to make an appointment and they were accomodating to my schedule. The technician showed up on time, he was clean and kept my home clean, he explained what he was doing, and provided me with basic dryer vent safety education. I think the pricing is very fair and competitive. I will definitely use this service again next year! Thank you The Lint King!

I spoke to Paul first about my concerns regarding my dryer vent configuration, in addition to the need to clean the duct work. He was very responsive. Chris came out shortly after to do the dryer vent cleaning. He also changed part of the duct work that was too small for good air flow. I originally thought that all my dryer vent would need to be replaced. But both Paul and Chris wanted to save as much as possible. That action kept my bill to a very reasonable amount. I will not hesitate to use The Lint King again in the future. They have my highest recommendation.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Chris did an excellent job of getting the dryer vent working again. He went over everything and corrected all that was wrong. Some bad tubing was replaced, he moved the dryer out a bit because it was pinching the vent, and he re-angled the outlet on the side of the house because it had been mostly blocked by being positioned improperly. He also cleaned the vent. Very friendly guy, very conscientious, he seems to enjoy his work and doing a proper job. Very highly recommended.

Chris was great! Very friendly and professional. He was on time, explained everything he was going to do and showed me what he found. He also answered all of my questions. Our only disappoinent was that he left a big pile of lint in our front yard, which we didn't notice until after he left.

We were very pleased with the Lint King's services and professionalism provided by Chris and Paul. Chris, the technician, was so courteous. He arrived on time and since there were no big issues he was able to complete the work within an hour. He moved the dryer away from the wall and cleaned the flexible line from the dryer to the wall as well as the external vent. We will definitely hire the Lint King to provide their excellent service at the suggested two-year interval. Thank you for a job well done!

I was very pleased with the services provided by the Lint King. The technician arrived exactly at the appointment time. He was courteous throughout the visit, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He moved the dryer away from the wall and cleaned the flexible line from the dryer to the wall. Moving the dryer was not easy due to restricted space in the laundry room. Most of the vent line is in the basement, which he disassembled and cleaned. He also cleaned the external vent. The overall visit took about an hour. He said the overall condition of the vent was not that bad, and suggested cleaning at two year intervals.

Chris came to do the dryer vent cleaning, explained a few things to me and even removed the vent cover that has been on for years. He also took the heap of tape off my piping and put a screw in to hold it together. This is the 2nd time I have used them with Paul doing it the first year. Both men are great to work with. Would recommend to all!

The technician was on time, friendly and professional. He even went through the attic to avoid charging us extra money for climbing up on the roof. He recommend removing the bird guard on our dryer vent, but left the decision to us. We felt comfortable having him work on our home. He charged almost double what our last dryer vent cleaning company did, but we liked him and we feel like he did a good job. We would use The Lint King again.

I consider myself lucky to have found this company, compared to others (i.e., Mr. Duct) that I had a very negative experience with. The young man who came to my home from The Lint King was honest, knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy, thorough, and motivated to do a good job and treat me fairly. Their price was competitive (actually well under a lot of companies I talked to-- the cost I have shown for them, $185, includes BOTH repairing and cleaning my ductwork -- the price quoted for cleaning only was in the $125 to $150 range). I would certainly recommend The Ling King to anyone needing dryer duct cleaning, and they will be my regular source from now on.

Well is seems we had a bigger issue than we thought. We explained that 3 years ago we had new siding put on and therefore a new vent cover. Ever since then the laundry room and adjacent powder room heat up while running the dryer. I chalked it up to the house was sealed up so much better now , so you just leave the doors open to those rooms--no problem. I we recently re-did the powder room and installed a wall sconce light. It's about 9 inches tall and 6 inches wide. I have found out if you do 4 loads of laundry in a row that the moisture and heat build up so much behind that lamp that it causes condensation. I looked like the wall was crying. We just figure time to clean the dryer vent and out came the shop vac, and I looked on Angie's list for a professional . Paul came to the conclusion that when they installed the siding and vent cover that they must have pulled on the vent tube causing sections to pull apart. Therefore we have heat and lint just escaping into our ceiling and walls. Paul did not use any of his tools (I guess shop vac did pretty good) , he didn't want them to get stuck in the tube. He did not charge us for the visit , but we would have paid for his time and opinion.

I like supporting local independent businesses, which is why I called The Lint King Dryer Vent Cleaning Co.....Well and they did have an A rating on Angie's which is a must for me, too! Let me tell you, Paul is the NICEST man! He is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He even squeezed my Mom in for an appointment as she was so impressed with him and she lives nearby and he discovered her vent wasn't setup properly and repaired, it was a potentially dangerous situation. Definitely consider using Paul, you won't be disappointed.
