We are a family owned, owner operated, small business taking care of our neighbors in Schaumburg and the Northwest Suburbs. We are not a nationwide franchise. Over 90% of our business has come from word of mouth referral and networking. We strongly feel that this is due largely to our main principle; While we offer competitive rates, we focus on providing the highest quality service rather than always having the lowest prices. We are fully insured, NATE, PEEC, and EPA Certified, local heating and air conditioning contractor. We are licensed in all cities and towns in the area and when we install new equipment, we pull permits with the city or town which we are working in. The way we see it, it is always best to have a disinterested third party making sure that your equipment was installed in accordance with manufacturer specs and local building codes. We are able to offer several utility and factory rebates throughout the year, in some cases up to $1500 or more. We are now offering a government backed financing program in which our clients can take advantage of up to 10 years to pay off their new high efficiency system at a very low interest rate. The savings offset the payments. We also offer our clients the option to pay monthly for their yearly maintenance and the best part is you do not have to remember to do your maintenance because we will contact you when it is time. Since then, I've seen his company grow and where most people lose their customer service edge when they are confronted with a growing business, Eric has not. way home from work and by the time I got there he was in my driveway
ready to help. The furnace was an original from when the house was
built in 1988. Eric gave a good price and got to work early the next
morning so I could leave for work. Eric completed the work
professionally and quickly.
This evening I came home from work
and the house was cold. It is 26 degrees outside. I pulled my
paperwork and called Eric. He answered on the third ring and walked me
through how to get the heat on. Turns out I hadn't changed the filer in
quite a while. I appreciate the customer service and patience that
Eric provided me. I will recommend Residential Heating & Cooling to
everyone I know.
