They had a hard time performing the simple task I hired them to do. They missed spots on the original cleanup, so i figured they would catch it on the weekly service, they didn't. They never answered the phone at the local office and responded to about half of the emails. They blamed the landscapers for being there at the same time they were there which is a very bad excuse. After about a month of this, I had to cancel. Look somewhere else for this service, this company has terrible customer service and can't deliver on their promises.

I initially found Poop 911 online during the week of 3/10/15. The franchise closest to me (I live in Rockford) was listed in Chicago. I was pleasantly surprised that the website allowed me to schedule service despite the moderate (60 mile) distance. After inputting all contact and payment info, the site told me that my service would be completed on the 14th of March. I did not receive any further contact via email or phone and they never showed up.
On the following Tuesday, I waited an extra business day to give them a little extra time to contact me, I emailed them. Their response, which follows, assures me that service would be completed the following Sunday, which has now passed.  I still have not been contacted in any way, shape or form. If this company charges my credit card I will press fraud charges against them.

We had a horrible experience with them. They keep your credit card on file and then they come out and do the work. They charge your credit card after everything is over. They charged me for the full amount but, never came out. They didn't return my calls but, kept charging my credit card. I had a whole yard full of poops and they never came down. I contacted the higher officials of the company but, they said, we don't have anything to do with this and I had to contact my local person. But, the problem with my local person was he never returned or pick my calls.
