Two men came to do the job and were at my house by 8, finished by 3.  Very polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.  They even offerred to put my deck furniture back on the deck for me.  I was impressed by their professionalism.

Completely satisfied with the way the work was performed and the outcome.
Note: when we had previously had our porch roofs replaced by different providers, appropriate flashing was not used, resulting in leakage during rains at times. Phoenix did an excellent mob with the flashing, which has proven effective and cosmetically appealing.

Not well.  I am not impressed and will neither contact or recommend this company.

I had "issues" with roofs at 2 different buildings.  At my mother's house the roof was leaking and damaged the kitchen ceiling.  A new roof had been put on three years ago but the kitchen was remodeled and I think the contractor pushed up on a rood vent when installing the new ductwork for the microwave.  At the other building I had an ice dam this past winter and needed an inspection to determine how to prevent future problems.  I purchased 2 Big Deals for inspection and minor repairs.  Eric determined that the wrong type of mails had been used around the roof vent and that the water shield did not extend around the vent.  It was not a repair he could make as part of the Big Deal but he applied what I paid for the big deal to the job. 

Regarding the second building's Ice Dam issue, Eric said that after viewing my address on the Web, he had his "guy" drive by my house and he determine that the pitch of my roof was too extreme for them to deal with.  He did allow me to apply the cost of this Big Deal to the other job as well.

The roofer who came to make the actual repair at my mother's house did a nice job.  He took pictures and showed them to me so that I could see what he was doing on the roof.  I had to leave before the job was completed but I left the garage open for him in case he needed more shingles.  He locked up when he was finished and cleaned up the driveway. 

Bought the deal only to discover that the service provider no longer accepts jobs in our area, although terms of the AL deal states they do!

WE had to wait for warm weather but once the job got started it was completed very quickly. All the workers were very professional and the job site was cleaned at the end of every day. To my eye the quality of the work is very good and I have been around construction projects all of my working career. I would use them again  if I need them.

The cost depends on the square-footage of the house, the number of windows, and the size of the roof. The cost of the roof was part insurance, but it cost about $15,000. The painting itself was about $2,000. It was a good experience, and we would use them again in the future.

They were great. Jeff the project manager was phenomenal. Informative. Friendly. Great guy to deal with. Roof done on time, pm budget with even some extras. Love these guys!

So far, their work is very good. They're not done yet but so far so good. They had done work for a couple of friends of mine and they recommended him.

Everything went pretty much as they said. The workers were on time and professional. The customer service rep. Jeff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He made a very bad situation a little easier.

I dealt with Jeff for all my contact with the company.  My sister used Phoenix and was extremely pleased so I gave them a call when my roof sustained wind damage.  Jeff was awesome.  He came and looked at it and once my insurance claim was initiated he dealt with all the details.  My insurance company inspected the roof with him and my claim was easily approved.  Once the weather broke for the season, Jeff quickly followed up and scheduled my roof replacement.   Chris, another manager was also involved and they were such wonderful people to deal with.
My roof took 2 days as I had 4 layers and needed the entire house's worth of plywood replaced. They cleaned up after themselves in my yard as well and the neighbors and were even considerate enough to protect my neighbors plants from damage.  Jeff made sure to check in often throughout the process and explained everything every step of the way.  The roof looks incredible. Jeff even took pictures and sent them to me on completion since I was not present on that day. 
I would definitely use them again, and actually am trying to figure out what else I can hire them for!

Juan did a great job with us. He handled working with our insurance company and then they did a professional job of installing the Roof and siding. There were a couple of issues however. When they presented us with the final bill it was more than the estimate but they adjusted it back to the estimate amount after we complained. Also it took more than one call to get them to come back out and replace a section of the roof we were dissatisfied with. But both of those problems were taken care of to our satisfaction.

Initially, I had a good experience but overall no. I was upset that they just did the job before the ending of the year. And once they did the residing we never refer it to them again. They didn't call  for follow up on the job or get any feedback with us.

Phoenix came out to inspect the area and determine what was causing a small roof leak.   The person that came out was friendly and professional, and he was good to give me alternatives to fixing some gutter flashing (suggested we could have just have our maintenance person do the job).  He also answered my various roof questions.  He temporarily covered the area in question until we could have it repaired, and it held through several bad rainstorms!  The person came out on July 1, 2011, and my only complaint was that he then went on vacation for over a week, and my calls to the person he said to contact were not returned, or were returned very late,  and he didn't have knowledge of the issue.  It would have been nice for the guy who came out to let me know that he would be going on vacation, and then I would have not wasted my time trying to set up the repair until "my guy" came back. 

Ultimately, however, the person who came out to make the repair did a good job and the patch has held without any problems.   I would call Phoenix again for additional roof repair if needed.

  It all went very well. They were on time and did an excellent job. It was all done in one day. It went exactly how they said it would.  The inspection went very well, they were very professional. The roofers were at my house ahead of schedule on the day I got my roof.  The work was done on time, the crew were very professional.  They did the roof and cleaned every bit of the mess up before they left. The next day the contracter came out to check the work out and find out if I was satisfided with the work.  I have more work that needs doing and I will be using this company.

They were fast and we have no complaints. The guy that came in was really nice. I am pretty sure he was the owner. They were on time and finished the work when they were supposed to. They did the siding work in one day.
