Description of Work: They cleaned, grouted and calked a small bathroom floor. The work was done well and timely.

Description of Work: They re-grouted tiles the in the bathtub enclosure and put calk around tub. They arrived promptly as scheduled, cleaned up when work was complete and appeared to do a good job. Time and use will be the true test.

Description of Work: I got Angie's big deal for 4 hours. They did cleaning and re-grouting of the tiles around the edge of the bathtub and the floor. They were quick, professional and good. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased coupon and went to schedule. I told them the scope of work to be done. The first available time they have to even come out and look at it is not until October which was about 1 month out...It is a water issue so I can not wait that long therefore I am requesting a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's List and promptly got a call from the seller to arrange a time. He immediately told us that he would not be available for at least a month, which we found a bit disappointing. We then told him we had 3 bathrooms to do and asked him for an estimate for all 3. He wouldn't come by for an estimate, but asked us to send pictures. Within 24 hours we sent them. We haven't heard from him since, even though he promised a call. We called again today and he still hasn't responded. It's been almost 5 weeks since we sent him our pictures.

Description of Work: Very responsive to emails so I was hopeful. I purchased 3 hours of grout work for $125. Upon arriving, he brought his wife--which then translated to 1.5 hours of work (because that was two people), and he immediately cited that he only got sixty something dollars out of our job. He recaulked our master shower, filled in a few holes where the grout had worn away with the wrong color grout (I had communicated with him before his coming to get the color right--even offering to get it myself but he said he had it), and a little over an hour he was out the door. He did leave us, however, with a list of more work that needed to be done at $150--which we agreed he would come back and do. When he came back a few weeks later, I was the one telling him the work that needed to be done as he had told me--because he forgot, and apparently didn't see the need as he had done when he first mentioned it to us. And then had to check his work to point out the couple spots he missed. Nice couple, but not impressed with the work at all.

Description of Work: Matt is amazing! We bought a Big Deal to restore our worn bathroom tub grout and Matt went above and beyond the deal, leaving us with sparkling white tiles. He also did a bit of floor tile work. Matt works in an "old world" way -- he's done this for 30 years -- and is retiring within the year so if you want grout work done right, and for the right price, don't put it off!

Description of Work: He was unable to do the job because it was too big for his operation but he gave me a recommendation and assured me that his friend would do a great job and be able to handle it. I appreciated his concern even though he could not benefit.
