We had ordered a bunch of lighting fixtures for our home and weeks after the order had been placed the pieces still had not been delivered. When I finally called them they told me that the peices were no longer in stock. It was very frustrating because they had no quality assurance in place either, and basically their was nothing they could do for me. So we ended up getting much less than we had ordered and were very unhappy with it.

Overall it went OK. I got help right away. Aside from the ceiling fan, there wasn't anything on display that I liked, so I looked through a lot of books and found a chandelier and 2 hallway lights that I thought would work great. The items were ordered and then I went home and discovered that what I had ordered would not work in the house (my fault, not the lighting store). Littman let me change the order, and I ended up adding one more hallway light. The lights were to be delivered in 2 weeks but it took 6 weeks. Then Littman advised that they would not do the installation but it would be assigned to Residential Electric. Littman honored the original installation price of $300 (anything over that amount would be Littman's responsibility). When we went to install the ceiling fan we discovered that it was missing a light fixture. When I called Littman they said it had not be ordered properly but that they had one in the store and I could come by and pick it up.
Description of Work: Purchased 4 light fixtures and a ceiling fan.

I was there for about 10 minutes, walked through the whole store and looked at everything, and not a single person offered to help me. No one greeted me, said hello, or offered assistance in any way. This had happened to me a previous visit, as well, so I would never go back there.
