Auto Body Work
This experience was a nightmare. I contacted a company online ( Mt. Prospect glass) that farmed the work out to Gerber Collision and Glass. The first trip, the technician gave me a 2 hour window. He showed up AFTER I had waited the two hours and called to find out where he was. Then he did a terrible installation and left sealant all over the window. When I called to complain, they assured me they would come right out and replace the window. Second visit, they did not have the glass and could not make it at the pre assigned time even with several days notice. I then gave them 5 days lead time. I was suppose to be the first job of the day. They never called and never arrived. My husband called and they gave him a long list if excuses and said they could be there by 3. Now they have called back needing another two hour window of my time. I have never had a worse experience with a company.
