We are a repeat customer. We called All Ways for a check of our central air conditioning, and because we call them twice yearly, they knew we were due for a furnace filter replacement also. Jim arrived exactly on time (as always), immediately set to work, checked the A/C inside and out, and replaced the furnace filter. He pointed out that we have a small a leak trickling from the bottom of our furnace (water runs directly into a floor drain) due to the drip pan inside the furnace having rusted through. Jim told us the amount of work and the cost involved to take apart the furnace to replace the drip pan. Due to the extreme age of our furnace - 25+ years - he recommended that unless we are upset by the small drip (no, it's very manageable) we may want to consider not replacing the drip pan until we replace the entire furnace. We really appreciated Jim's honesty and wise advice. He was done with all his work and on his way in less than 30 minutes. 

Very well.   Came out, evaluated the problem, found it quickly, did a great job.

Their service tech showed up on time, was very cordial and informative. Explained everything to me in simple to understand terminology. He did not try to upsell which I greatly appreciate.

We experienced an ongoing overflow out of a spillover vent in the pipe leading out of the dehumidifier attached to our furnace. Jim from AllWays came out within 2 days of our non-emergency call, immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the CVC pipe which was filled with crud and causing the backup overflow), also put on additional brackets to hold the pipe more stable and adjusted the angle of the new pipe so it empties more efficiently. We have used AllWays (and seen Jim as our technician) for years for furnace maintenance, and he gives great advice on saving money and maintenance. Our 25+ year old furnace is still going strong, thanks to Jim's care!

They are an A-one company. We will continue to use them in the future.

Jim has been our regular furnace & A/C maintenance man for several years. He is always on time, polite, & works quickly. Our furnace & A/C unit are both nearly 20 years old; he took the time to objectively discuss pros & cons of replacing them before any problems occur. With his good care, we decided to continue using them for as long as possible.
