Our experience was wonderful from the gentleman who first answered the phone to the technician who came to the house. Friendly, professional , polite, patient, knowledgeable, respectful. Would recommend ABC Wildlife to everyone!!

I would not recommend this company because we believe they attempted to sale us additional services beyond what we needed. We called ABC because we heard birds chirping in our walls and when the agent come out, he correctly identified the issue which was a hole in the roof that was easily fixed by a roofing company. But then he went on to say that we had an even bigger problem of bats. He claimed we had a population of about 25 bats in the attic and gave us a huge rough cost estimate for the bat removal/exclusion process. We were so freaked out by what he said that we even called the Center for Disease Control to see if the whole family needed to be vaccinated for rabbis. However, when my husband went up to the attic to see for himself, he found no signs of bats and bat droppings appeared to have been placed there intentionally. I don't think you need to be animal expert to be able to identify the presence of such a huge population of live animals in an enclosed space. He also claimed that we a mouse issue and dangerous ants and recommended that we sign up for the company s quarterly pest assessment to eradicate the pests and prevent future infestation. My husband didn't find any signs of these critters in the attic. We challenged them on their conclusions and they refunded us back all the money we had paid. They were not able to give any adequate explanations for their "findings". If you hire this company, I would recommend you audit and verify what they are telling you and do not take it as face value. No matter how nice the agent or biologist appears. He played on my fear of critters and the fact that I had little kids in the house who are afraid of bugs. Do not fall for the trick of the dead mouse in the box found by the agent near your kids rooms because their agent pulled that on me and I fail for it. Luckily my husband did not!! I believe he brought that into the house to scare me. I would strongly NOT recommend ABC Humane Wildlife.

They charged my card when the work was scheduled, but before the guy actually came out, which made me pretty uneasy. I didnt know the work had been scheduled, so I called them when I saw the charge on my card. Thats the only way I knew it had been scheduled. The work did get done, but I didnt love the way they handled that. (They had my card on file from the initial assessment fee, and they did charge what theyd quoted for the recommended solution.)
