No raccoon trapped, but they helped us to protect some possible entry points on our roof.

He did a full inspection of the house and gave really helpful advice on how to solve the issue.

There employees were prompt and very efficient. They explained to my husband where the squirrels were possibly entering our house. They repaired the areas for us. We have called ABC Humane Wildlife and Prevention Inc. before. We were very satisfied with there work. We would highly recommend this company.

Very well. Squirrel caught in trap @3-4 hours after placement. No further animals trapped. No sounds from attic.

They charge $86 to inspect the addict then gave us a quote for $800 to remove the rodents. Their competitors will inspect and remove the rodents for about a third of the cost. Way overpriced.

Took a few days but caught one skunk. $55.00 to bring out the trap and $55 dollars for every animal caught.

The trap was left for a week but no skunk was caught. I believe it left my yard and has since not returned.

Traps were set to catch the animals, but the traps set away from animal entry. There is a chance that the animal in the vicinity can get caught. @$75 for each animal caught, it can get very expensive as you would be clearing the entire neighborhood. Maybe need a better approach to trap the animal.

They showed up as planned, completed full inspection around the effected area, including full perimeter of our property & underneath our 3-season porch. There was no indication of a skunk living on the property with the hole just chipmunks, which was not our concern, They gave us some helpful preventative tips, which was extremely helpful & will definitely refer/use the in the future.

Great. They first inspected the roof to identify any entry points. They did not find any place animals could get in but found a place where it appeared raccoons had pulled at the gutters trying to find a way in. Confirmed that there was no way in at that place. After exterior inspection, they then went into attics to confirm there was no evidence of raccoons or squirrels in attics. Great piece of mind.

Over charged so much for services around my porch that had skunks underneath it. I have discussed it with many professionals post services and they all felt like I had been overcharged and under serviced. The technician took advantage of my panic and charged me way too much money and the skunks were not eradicated.

Helpful phone staff. Techs came out quickly and took ample time to educate me regarding the problem I had. In this case it was an animal living under my shed. Billing was easy, affordable, and straight forward. Very professional organization all around.

Never captured the skunk; felt they up-sold me for service not necessary. Had to call them back to rerun landscaping to original; still doesn't look right.

This was the second time I've used ABC. The first time they took care of wasps for me that were coming inside the house. Just like that last time, the technicians were very nice and knew what they were talking about.They thoroughly explained the process of trapping and use of bait. The office staff was equally friendly and informative. The problem did not take long to solve. This is the best wildlife company there is. I recommend them to anyone who has an issue.

I've dealt with a number of wildlife companies over the years and ABC was definitely the most professional and knowledgeable. The technicians were polite and informative. I had a problem with a skunk under the porch and I was especially anxious because I have several small children. But ABC promptly responded. Best of all, their service was affordable and humane.
