Peerless is the absolute worst fence company you can use. Not only is their product inferior, and their workmanship horrible, but their office personnel are deceitful and will not work with you to correct errors they admit they made. Do not use Peerless. You can get better quality ad much better service that is honest from a more local company. I made the mistake of using Peerless for to large fence projects at my home, which totaled approximately $20k. The product was inferior quality. Large sections of my fence and gate aren't straight and don't line up correctly. They subcontracted the installation of the fencing out to people who damaged my retaining wall and did incredibly sloppy work (and just left it that way). They also gave me a section of fencing that doesn't even match the rest of the fencing. They knew about all of this, and STILL suddenly charged me for the full amount of the job 8 months AFTER the horrible installation job they did. The office staff also said they would work with me on a credit, but decided that I had to prove the reason for the credit EVEN THOUGH THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES HAD ALL THE PICTURES OF THE ISSUES AND ADMITTED TO THE POOR WORK AND QUALITY THEMSELVES.

Fence looks great . Works was done quickly and professionally. Only issue I had was work was done by another company so I wonder if the work would have been cheaper had I just booked with the other company.

We decided to have Peerless install our second fence when we moved due to, we liked the job on the first one. The second one did not go as well. First, it started when we told the sales guy we wanted the same height as our neighbors. Well, it was an issue since he just assumed it was 4' when it was actually 5". I was told it is basically my fault since I signed off on the paperwork. They would fix it, but we would have to pay for the tear down of the fence AND the difference of the fences. Instead, they just took money off. Now we have our gate that is very difficult to open and a few warped boards. Guess what!! they are not warrantied. This was installed in 2019. It is not that old. When I sent in pictures, I received no response for a very long time. I had to contact them again for a response. To find out they needed different pictures but didn't bother to inform me. We are now going to look for different company to replace this fence. I am really disappointed with the job and customer service from Peerless.

PEERLESS FENCE GROUP is associate with Home Depot. PEERLESS FENCE GROUP hires outside contractor to do their jobs for them. PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT supervise of has any contact whatsoever with this contractor while your fence is been installed. The contractor is basically working on its own, if you’re having any issues with the contractor or the installation of your fence, PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT assist you. Do get in contact with one of their employees you have to go through an answering service and or email them and they DO NOT call you back the same day… it took 3 days exactly for someone to call me back as I was having issues with the contractor. Do NOT recommend this company at all.

Unfortunately, my experience with Peerless Fence was not a great one. Zero communication from them after we put our deposit down. We were given a 4 - 7 week window and at the 8 week mark, after not hearing anything from them, I called customer service to check-in. I was promised someone would be in touch the next week to schedule our fence date. When that week came and went, it took 4 more calls to customer service to get a hold of the project manager in charge of scheduling us. I voiced my frustration about the poor service we received and was promised a call back after checking with their “higher-ups”, which we never received. I understand that things happen and businesses get busy but it was very frustrating to invest all of this money upfront and then get ghosted for almost 3 months. At the end of the day, we have a fence, but if we were to do it over, we would not be using Peerless Fence and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Peerless Fence has been horrible. My quote was $2995 for a standard 4 ft high scalloped fence with 2 inch gap between panels. I paid first installment of $1500. They arrived to build my fence in the winter with 3 inches of snow on the ground against my request to wait till spring. The spacing was 3 inch which they insisted was what was quoted. And because of the snow on the ground came to see when it thawed that there were continuous gaps of 6 to 3 inches on the bottom of the fence throughout the perimeter. The idea of a fence is for containment. Nobody buys a fence that animals come and go at will. They haven't made any attempt to fix the issue or admit their mistake. I have tried working with them multiple times to remedy this before making second/final payment without any attempt to fix or discount due to their bad work. They are now threatening a lien on my property and collections. There are many other choices DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! I have pictures.

My experience with Peerless Fence was horrible. My sales rep, Mike Levitzke, lied to me the entire time. He was very unprofessional and his main concern was making the sale and moving on to the next job. The communication between Peerless fence and myself was a disgrace and came home to a fence and yard that was completely unacceptable. The driveway was covered with mud and dirt. My backyard was covered with 35 flags laying around, mud and gravel everywhere, 23 cracked boards that were installed, the entire back portion of the fence was installed incorrectly, the lock was placed on the wrong side of the gate and multiple nails sticking out which were accessible to my puppies getting hurt with. The District Manager, Alan Holcomb, was very unsympathetic to my situation and I am still dealing with this company to rectify all of it. NO apology or any other means to compensate me for all of my time and troubles with them. I would NEVER recommend this dishonest company! Peerless Fence should be ashamed of their work and lies.

They came and installed 190ft of cedar fencing and put in two gates. They dumped mounds and mounds of concrete all along the fence line and built the gate incorrectly where it just pops open and doesn’t stay shut. We purchased and paid for the fence in full because of our disabled son. When we reached out over 3 weeks ago and sent pics and emails of all the issues they told us they would have someone come out and fix it within a week. No one ever came, and I had to reach out again and reexplain everything all over again and proceeded to talk to 7 different people including the owner Dean White who literally made nothing but excuses and offered no solutions. I requested half my money refunded, the gate be completely replaced and all the concrete picked up. Nothing has been done. Stay away from this company if you want a quality fence and good customer service. They are appalling!

It was pretty much a rush job. It was unprofessional. They didn't use equipment like signed them in the ground. I did follow up with my issues, I sent them email with pictures and they never reached out to me. On Nove mber2020, they reached out, I sent them the emails and pictures again, but I never heard anything from them. They never followed up on my concern.

I am giving Peerless Fence only a FAIR rating because although the fence they installed is beautiful and my project manager was very responsive, they did not install the fence I thought I had contracted for. I was quite descriptive with the sales rep as to the type of fence I wanted (board and bat), and he emailed a picture of the fence I had described so that I knew we had the correct type. I had no idea that the name of the fence he put on my contract (Seville Traditional) was not the name of their board and bat fence type. During the installation, when I asked the installer if he was going to add the additional wood for the shadow effect that is a board and bat fence (at that point the fence was just solid and flat-faced), he told me that yes, he would be adding the extra boards. However, after I walked away, he called the project manager to confirm if I was correct, and the project manager told the installer that I was NOT getting a board and bat because I had signed a contract for the Seville Traditional, which is solid flat. The installer did not inform me of that conversation, and I was thus unaware of the "confusion" until after the fence was completed and I asked him why it was not what I had asked for. The biggest issue here is not of quality but of price. I had had quotes for a board and bat fence from two other well-known fence companies, and both of their quoted prices were within $100 of the quote I had received from Peerless Fence. Since a board and bat fence would have involved more wood and labor, I can only assume that I either was overcharged by Peerless Fence for a flat fence or they were much more expensive than the other two companies. If I had known upfront that there would have been a bigger price difference than $100 for a board and bat fence from Peerless Fence, I probably would have contracted with one of the other fence companies and gotten what I wanted for the same price I paid for what I didn't want. Side note: the fence NAME from the other two fence companies for a board and bat fence TYPE also included the word TRADITIONAL.

They installed two beautiful fences of tongue-and-groove horizontally oriented cedar. The wood and craftmanship were both top drawer. They look great. From the initial planning until completion, Peerless was communicative, professional, thorough, and responsive. Most fence companies that I talked to prior would not even bother with a fence less than 100'. This was 20% of that. Highly recommend them as your one-stop fence company regardless of the material, purpose, and design.

We started working with Peerless in late July. We paid our invoice in full (for 10% discount). Here we are 10/22 still waiting for our fence install. This is outrageous. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

The salesman, who I never actually saw, came to take measurements. Instructions were to match existing front fence as closely as possible. I received a quote that I felt was reasonable. He aggressively emailed me to get the job, then once he got it, nothing. I had to initiate all of the contact to get the job going. I also asked him to see samples of the fence to be installed, which he said he would bring over, but never did. I felt like I had to work way too hard to do someone else's job. The fence install itself was fine. Crew was great and craftsmanship was good. However, the measurements that I was quoted was not what I received. The materials used for the fence rails and crossbars were smaller that what was on the quote; also, the spacing between rails was wider than what was quoted. Had the salesman done his job and provided samples as I requested, this would have been avoided. When I complained, they did respond and issued me a credit. Salesman grade - F. It was bad from the start they sub-contracted out our project. The posts according to our contract were to be set in 36 inches of concrete they are not and subsequently they are flexing in the wind and breaking due to the concrete issue. Multiple posts are loose and even though they sent out an expert who confirmed they are not in enough concrete (like only 6-8 inches of actual concrete) they will not stand behind their work. Please be warned and do not use this company who is now both Tru-Link and Peerless fence
