We have used JM Painting and Construction on several projects throughout the years, including building our back patio, exterior staining and interior painting. Antonio and his father are honest, fair, and dependable. They always show up on time when they are scheduled and are very transparent with their pricing, and communicate any issues if they arise, so there aren't any surprises. They complete all projects to our satisfaction, and everything is done with the highest quality. We are very happy with the work they have done for us over the years and will continue using JM Painting for future projects.

Antonio & Juan do top notch work. They get our highest recommendation. They did interior painting with some repair work, and also had their contractors replace carpeting in 2 rooms and a hallway. Everything was perfect. His painting with his Dad Juan turned out amazing. He has done other work for us as well, and he is good at problem solving, and he is very passionate about his work and he is customer friendly! He and Juan are our go to guys for everything!!!

Very meticulous work performed by JM Painting. Antonio and Juan removed old wallpaper, prepared walls and painted room and woodwork. They cleaned up each day and left my house in great condition. They are very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend their services.

I bought a house that had been smoked in for a long time. JM Painting made it livable and beautiful for me, and I can't thank them enough. Antonio's estimation and project management skills are superb. I had confidence that they would locate and use the primer I thought was essential to the project. They drove all over the place to get enough of that primer, and the work was excellent. They were careful to inspect their results, and they fixed things in the wall finishes that I hadn't even noticed. They added extra people to the project and finished ahead of schedule, which helped me get some other essential work done before I moved in. JM Painting also did a lot of helpful things that were beyond my expectations, such as extensive baseboard caulking, planing a door that wouldn't shut, and making a banister less wobbly (and that's not the full list). My house was in good hands. Everyone on site was friendly and helpful, and Antonio is a patient and clear communicator. He remembers the details of the project and creates clear expectations for the work and change orders. I hope I never have to do such a large project again, but JM Painting will be my choice if I do.

Project: Remove carpet and install engineered vinyl plank floors + paint walls & ceiling (living, dining, halls). Antonio, Edgar, Juan, and Alonso are a skilled crew, great knowledge and experience. Details matter, and they covered all of them, keeping me informed as they went. Very professional, plus personable and friendly. No disappearing contractors here! They start the job and work straight through until completed. My place looks like a new home, it's beautiful!

Antonio & his team did an amazing job with my entire 1st floor "facelift." The project started with painting my 20 year old cabinets and grew into the entire kitchen, replacing backsplash, hardware, and painting the living, dining, & family room. They also did an amazing job of staining my mantel. From start to finish, there was constant communication, guidance when needed. I literally felt like I walked into a new home on the final day. For the level of professionalism & cost, you won't find a better team! I would highly recommend them to anyone! In fact, I have and she has hired them as well!

What a great job!, My deck looks absolutely beautiful. Antonio, Juan and Edgar (a wonderful family business) stripped, power washed and sanded my cedar deck down to Bare-wood and replaced all the bad wood. They stained all the railing with three coats of white stain and the deck floor and railing tops with 3 coats of dark stain. Juan designed a beautiful privacy wall.. Great care was taken to protect my patio furniture in Grill and house. I plan on having them back to paint my house in the spring! I highly recommend JM painting and remodeling!

Antonio and his crew installed drywall and painted my basement. In addition, they repaired and painted some drywall that had been damaged, and painted the celling of my first floor. Their work was excellent. They were punctual, polite, professional and tidy. I added a bit of work to the original quote and the cost was reasonable. They were committed to my complete satisfaction with the job. I look forward to hiring them again!

Antonio and his team were the BEST! We have purchased 4 homes in the last 6 years, so to say we have experience with contractors is an understatement. The JM team was professional, respectful, fair and communicated so well. To make it even better, they were perfectionists and went above and beyond on our job. You will love the work ethic, talent, and professionalism of this team! They power-washed every exterior part of our house to its last centimeter. They scraped old paint, caulked vertical splits in the siding, primed, and then painted the siding a beautiful taupe colour. They also painted a dark red accent colour on our front door and all shutters. They care about the quality of their work. Perfection! Done in 4 days and looks like a new house! I didnâ t think I would hire out a painting project, but it was the best thing we could have done. When we are ready for any other kind of home improvement, these are the guys we WILL call!

Antonio was absolutely AMAZING! He and his team did excellent work and finished our project ahead of schedule. We had an unfinished drywall project and several rooms to paint (with tall ceilings to boot!). Their expertise and very careful precision made such a big difference. Our home looks absolutely beautiful! We will only use them from now on and we are recommending them to our family and friends. Working with Antonio and the JM crew was fantastic and hands down the best home improvement experience we've ever had. They did a beautiful job to power wash, sanding and painting our exterior balcony. Balcony has never looked so good. Very professional and would recommend them.

J&M Painting and Remodeling is one of the most reliable, hard working companies weâ ve ever used. They are quick to respond to emails and messages, timely, clean, organized, and helpful. They laid LVP over our existing tile and every piece is perfect. Theyâ ve done other work for us as well, including painting and wall repair. We donâ t even get quotes from other companies because of how much we trust J&M. Canâ t wait to hire them for our next project!

They did a great job of completely rebuilding our deck last fall, and staining it this summer. We have used them on few projects in the past, and they have always done a great job. They provide honest pricing, and Antonio responds to voicemails and text messages quickly. They were friendly and easy to work with. They always showed up on time, and worked to fit our schedules. We will use them for future remodeling projects.

In February 2019 we were hosting a few foreign colleagues and wanted to turn our office into a more organized space. Our first contractor failed to show up, so we remembered to contact JM Painting and Reconstruction to see if they had this type of experience. Oh boy were we in for a surprise! The whole room was transitioned and the outcome excelled our expectations! THRILLED! Over the moon! Without a doubt - they are the best!

What I liked most about this company was their approach to the project. We had five rooms repainted (Living Room, 2-story Foyer with staircase, Dining Room, Kitchen and Family Room). On our initial walk-through, they explained what needed to be repaired and patched, how the repairs would be done, as well as the type of paint and the number of coats they would recommend. They laid out a schedule (four days) which they planned on following. Repairs to the joints as well as surface preparation took roughly two days with painting taking an additional two days. Our biggest concern was once the project started it would not stop or slow down until all work was completed. Due to the size of the project we decided to move out of our house for the four days and stay with relatives. The results was that JM Painting and Remodeling did everything they said they would do plus more. They even moved all the furniture back into place after the work was completed. The quality of the work was highly professional, communication was great with pictures taken throughout the project, cleanup was very good. The project was completed within the four days and within the price quoted, even though more joint repairs were needed than originally planned. Overall we could not be more pleased with the end results. We would highly recommend JM Painting and Remodeling to anyone that may not be knowledgeable about painting and wall/ceiling repairs, wants a high quality painting job, great communications and great service all within a fair price.
