Jon was thorough in assessing the issue with our sewer ventilation system. He clearly had a lot of knowledge regarding how some of the plumbing was routed in my DIY house, and offered suggestions for fixes in a very non-confrontational manner. Great job, and hauled away the gunk from my catch basin as well!

We spoke with Kyle about our garbage disposal not working and he was awesome. He walked me through a couple of easy steps over the phone that worked in solving the problem and did not cost us a thing!! We are very pleased with the service we got from Kyle and we will definately call him with our next plumbing problem.

They did a very ggod job. it cost a little more than I was anticipted but they did very good work.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and fast, and gave us multiple options for repair or replacement. We will definitely use them again in the future.

People here are nice, but there was too much miscommunication. The thing that makes me not want to recommend them is that one of their plumbers trouble shooted an issue incorrectly and I had to pay another plumber $250 to tell me what the real plumbing issue was in my unit. It was very basic and they could have easily caught it. Plubming 101.

The repair guy was very extensive in his explanation and did a great job. He came on a Sunday which was great. I would definately use Van Der Bosch in the future.

When I finally contacted the company the appointment was set the next day. After I received a quote the water heater was installed a day later . There was a problem with the installation and it was corrected the next day as well.. Fast efficient service.

I had Vander Bosch install a tankless water heater and ever since my Boiler has been leaking, Never had problem prior to tankless install. When I called several times they either did not return the call or said they would have someone come out... They never showed up! On top of that I requested my invoice and still have not recieved one. Coming up on a year now! I

John, one of the Van Der Bosch plumbers came on the premises to unclog my bathroom drain last Tuesday, Sept. 22nd, 2009; my drain is clogged again. Van Der Bosch is sending Mike, another plumber tomorrow morning, Friday, October 2nd, 2009, at 7 A.M. We will see what happens. I paid $423.00 upon completion, but did not expect my drain to be clogged a week later. I am counting on them to do the right thing, which is not to charge me additional money. I will report with an update later.

They were timely and very helpful! I did not feel like I was being "talked down to" or belittled. My project ended up being something totally silly and he fixed it in 5 minutes and did not charge me. That is what I like - he totally could have charged me for having to come out, or a minimum fee, but he did not. Great!

Mike was great! Did my toilet repair quickly and neatly. I have a few other jobs he will be returning to do for me. Prices fair, excellent work.

Very professional staff, from the person I spoke to that set up appointment, to the repair guy that came over and what can be better than an honest repair person? The guy that came over told me what he could do but also suggested that instead of tearing out my wall to replace the damaged parts, there was a relatively simple fix that I could do myself. So after taking his advice and paying a very small service call fee for his time, I was able to correct problem and save a couple of hundred bucks. Definitely will be using these guys again should I have any future problems.

Basically, I found my plumber. Their service was incredible and Jim arrived precisely at the agreed upon time in the morning. He was in and out with two jobs I could never do (I'm a computer geek, professionally) before I was done brushing my teeth (the wife let him in while I slept in a bit)!!!
