If you have a radiator system, Hugh is the only guy you should have do the work. I wanted to get my system looked at before the winter and he walked me through everything. He knows them inside and out plus suggested ideas to improve without pressuring me or making me feel like the world would end if I didn't do the fixes. Bottom line, he is an expert and it shows in his work.

Initially I was extremely impressed with this company. A minor glitch to start where my call wasn't initially responded to, but that happens. I wanted a tankless heater and thought this was a good time thanks to the energy credit. They recommended a specific heater, but I wanted something to handle a large amount of house due to future desires. They mentioned that the energy credit would help offset the cost. While "Buyer Beware" applies, I couldn't get the credit because this one model wasn't included. I called them twice only not to hear back. $1500 of rebate I won't see. Ultimately my fault since I trusted what I was told.

They were timely and completed my project quickly. They solved the problem and the quality of work has held up. Pricing was higher than I expected to pay.

Van Der Bosch was asked to solve our flooding issue which included sewer back up as well as the storm drains running through the property and connected to the sanitary drains. Through our selection process, they provided the most cost effective solution to our problem. And with any project; delays and adjusments occured, but Hugh and his team worked day in and day out and finished the project within the original estimated price that we were provided. The plumber was, I feel drunk or not liking the fact that we lived in a condominium and thought I was not a smart guy for living in not a house. He stripped a screw, which was could have been removed by a Phillips head screwdriver; the new faucet cost me $400.00 to replace. Not happy!

I was very impressed with the high quality of professional communication. Matt was great at keeping me informed of availability and alerting me when the plumber was expected to arrive at the job. I was also pleasantly surprised wih the service charge... less than what I expected.

I only rated 2 because the worker was clean and careful.. I talked to a MATT, told him that I needed a "WASTE INJECTOR PUMP" replaced.. Matt told me a replacement would run 700.00, basic install.. Mike came out to do the work, 975.00, why? thats the rate... :( I paid I'am a busy man, thats why I explained what I needed, did not need it right away, the pump is only for the basement bath.. Matt said we could do it tomorrow, ok, took time to meet with Mike to get it done.. Mike said 975.00.. Why? I'am stuck took time off work, do it.. I paid.. Matt thought it was a SUMP PUMP, right!!!!! it took 45 min NEVER AGAIN..
