I found the Van Der Bosch plumber to be prompt, efficient, & very knowledgeable. Since I have enrolled in their Membership Program, I can get 15% discounts on other plumbing jobs, & first priority servicing.

Very knowledgeable and professional. However I felt a service add on was a little too pricey for the circumstance. Everything else was really, really great from office to service technician.

He was comprehensive in his approach and focused on payback period for boiler, water heater, solar technologies. He will provide an estimate for the both boilerand water heater..

Very professional and customer serevice oriented. I will definitely consider them for other plumbing projects. I called on 4th of July (which was a Friday) and had someone come out for a free estimate that afternoon. After a couple other estimates, I contacted Van Der Bosch on Monday to go with them and they had someone out that afternoon to install my water heater.

Will the technical sales guy/ dispatch was great. Honest men are hard to find. Robert the tech/ plumber was also helpful and friendly. As with all companies be very explicit of your need and question everything about what you are getting into when they send a tech. to avoid misunderstandings concerning fees.

The assigned contractor was very knowledgeable and shared the details with me every step of the way. I will hire this contractor again.

Within a minute of submitting my request I received a phone call from Van Der Bosch and made an appointment for the next morning at 7 am to fixed my clogged bath tub. The guy showed up at exactly 7 am, which I loved. He was immediately very nice and got right down to business. I felt that the price for power augering my drain was a bit high ($300) but it was in line with the 2 other quotes I got through ServiceMagic. The guy also spent time to tell me about some preventative / monthly maintenance I could do to prevent my clog from happening again. If I ever need a plummer again, I will call Van Der Bosch first.

Plumbing repairs can be very stressful and costly. However, I immediately felt very comfortable with the repairman's knowledge, and his courteous, professional demeanor also helped to make me feel at ease. I was very pleased with the speed and accuracy of each task that he performed. And most importantly, the cost was realistic and fair. I didn't faint from "sticker shock." I will definitely seek additional services from this company for future projects.

They called me no more than two minutes after I posted the request. They were able to come to my home right away. The plumber wore little booties to cover his shoes (it was a very snowy day). He was fast to find the problem. He gave me a quote to do the work, plus he gave me a discount to do two jobs at once. He came back the very next day with all the materials needed to complete the job. They also deducted the service call fee from the previous day. Overall I was more than satisfied.

I read the reviews on this company and felt that they were really good so I was going to give them a call. They actually called before I got around to it which was great. I had them install a water heater that I had purchased and they also did quite a few other things to get it up to code for me. Including fixing a water leak I didn't know about, replacing some gas pipe hookups and some other small jobs. I was impressed with their quick response and great service!!

They were on time and prompt - which is hard to find in a plumber! My only issue was that it seemed that my drain had "unclogged" itself in the process of me trying to find a plumber. They still charged me a $79 assessment fee. But, the tech was great and helped me fix a pesky drain stop that had been eluding us for months. So, all in all, worth it! Would totally recommend them to a friend or colleague.
