Van Der Bosch were very prompt in taking my request and thorough in completing the project. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

He was in and out in about an hour. Price was a little high, but everything is fine & I'd recommend him.

Matt, from Van Der Bosch, called me within minutes of submitting my service request. He was very polite and eager to meet my needs in a prompt and professional manner. He sent Rob out to our rental unit just a few hours later, and our problem was fixed to our satisfaction. Matt, even called back a few minutes after the repair to follow up with me! Great service all around!

Extremely courteous & prompt. The party who took my initial call was very calm and reassuring , he followed up with a call early the next a.m. to assure me that they would be there asap. Rob came to fix my problem and he was extremely courteous, understanding & efficient. He did a great job. They were very professional and also good humored. They explained everything thay had to do and also explained possible problems that might occur based on their past experiences with similar problems. And they were very specific as to the total cost before they began.

Robert was great. He came early for my appointment, and was very courteous during the time he was in my home. He made sure to explain everything to me, including all pricing options, and the work that was being done. The work was completed in a professional way, and I was very happy with the outcome. After Robert left my home a customer service representative gave me a call to ask me about the service. I think it was a really nice way to complete the project and I was very pleased.

The technician was professional and was informative on to keep our water heater maintained and how to watch out for those without their licenses to install or any other credentials as to properly installing appliances our home. We thank all of them!

Fantastic service with great follow up advice. Complete and very thorough, they would not leave before they were absolutely certain all repairs were completed to their standards. Hugh came out and looked at my problem. He under stood what I needed. He was very nice. Also they called me to inform me that they were searching for the part I needed. I am very happy on the completed job.

I received a free estimate from Van Der Bosch after getting 12 inches of sewer water back up into our basement with the rain storm of 9/13/08. We had gotten 3 other quotes and some companies proposed just installing flipper valves or a combination of a flipper valve with a pump and ejection pit. Hugh from Van Der Bosch came out and proposed a solution different from all the rest, a JR Smith Flood Gate back flow valve. This type of valve is guaranteed not to get obstructed like flipper valves may and no electricity is required. The price was more than other quotes but I feel like we got a professional installation with a 10 year warranty.

They do very good work and Hugh is very upfront with his estimates. They have the best equipment in the business. I suggest following up with their work to make sure they complete everything. I had to call them back, but they came out immediately the next day and did an outstanding job.

This is my second experience with Van Der Bosch, and I'd definitely recommend them. From the start, this project went as efficiently as possible. My appointment started on-time, and the company gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to complete the work on the same day. We had to get the job done well and quickly, and Van Der Bosch delivered. They clearly value my business, and I appreciate that very much.
