They were very professional and provided the service in which they were hired for. They also extended a gracious letter to help support our claim as we went to work on a claim against the city of Chicago.

I was extremely please with Van Der Bosch. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Assessed situation offered suggestions and corrected the problem. I was somewhat upset with ServiceMagic because when I received callbacks I had some identified responses that did not appear to be Service Magic. Apparently they were subcontractors for firms identified with a Service Magic provider. I don't appreciate this as I expect that the firm Service Magic refers will be who contacts me. Van Der Bosch was excellent!

There is not enough room for me to tell the full story. I have paid Van Der Bosch twice at $150.00 each time within the same year for two faucet sprayers. The first time in October 2008 and again this month 5/2009. After 6 months the first faucet sprayer just popped off and they would not replace it because they stated that it was no longer under warranty and had been abused. THE WATER WAS NOT LEAKING UNDER MY SINK BEFORE THEY CAME. Each time they left, I had leaking water. The 1st time they came back and the leaking. It did not leak anymore until they came back a second time to fix faucet. Now it leaks again a pipe was left unscrewed

They were there when they said they would. Polite, corrected the problem quickly and overall well done.

Matt who answered the phone was very helpful and expedited my request with an urgency I had. Jim came to my home and was very professional, diagnosed my two problems quickly, had all the tools and parts needed and had my issues resolved in about an hour. After the work was completed Matt called me back to see if every thing was completed to my satisfaction. My only negative is that I received a 2nd quote after the work had been completed and found that Van Der Bosch charged 3x's what the other plumbing company quoted. Van Der Bosch does excellent work and very customer focused but they are very expensive to contract.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that everyone displayed, from the phone contact to the technician at my home. I was also pleased that they were able to work within our budget for this project.

They promptly answered all my questions. You would think- that's no big deal, but considering the run around I got before calling them - it was. I received call backs when they promised and the work was done quickly. Of the three Pro's Servicemagic sent me, they came in with the best quote and it wasnt a penny more. I'll recommend to others!

I spoke to Hugh he was very helpful and easy to talk to,very informative and up front about what to expect all the possibilities,and that it may be costly. Hugh even let you know if you don't choose his company what to watch out for I really like that because that let me know he was not pressuring me to them. Hugh called to set up an appointment in a timely manner, they can We hire them the work was competely and and we thought they were well prepared and ready to do the job once we decide. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND PRACTICAL APPROACH TO OUR JOB. THEY EVEN CALL WITH AN UPDATED TIME WHEN THEY KNEW THAT THEY WOULD BE A LITTLE LATE! WE SIGNED UP FOR THEIR LIFETIME SERVICE PROGRAM. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SEND THE SAME PERSON IF POSSIBLE WHICH WILL CUT DOWN ON WASTED TIME ON FUTURE REPAIRS. PLUS WE GET PRIORITY SCHEDULING AND DISCOUNTS. THEY WILL ALSO DO A YEARLY CHECK UP AND SUGGEST POTENTIAL PROBLEMS. I FEEL LIKE OUR PLUMBING PROBLEMS HAVE ALL BEEN SOLVED. WHAT A RELIEF. NEVER WOULD HAVE FOUND THEM WITHOUT THE HELP OF SERVICEMAGIC.
