MAS responded to our request quickly. We were quoted a price over the phone for the problem we stated. MAS came out the next day. Our project turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated. Due to the difficult issues and time constraints, MAS returned the next day. Because of the complications, involvement of our project and unknown factors a project requote was not possible. Although the cost was significantly more than the original quote, price still seemed reasonable for the amount of work and time spent to resolve our issues. In fact, we have a second project, that we have already requested they work on.

My basement flooded when the sump pump failed. Tony was knowledgeable and efficient and even re-lit the pilot on the water heater . ( That is not something I would have thought to check ). The dispatcher Barb, kept me informed of the schedule. I would definitely hire MAS again.

The service was excellent. I originally wasn't able to schedule an appointment until 8:00 AM on Sunday (I started having water heater issues, including no hot water on mid-day Friday). MAS Plumbing, though, was able to see me earlier on Saturday afternoon, which was excellent. They did a great job of doing the water heater installation and explaining what went wrong and how the new water heater worked. They were also willing to take a follow-up phone call and answer questions after leaving my property. I rated 4.5 as the value for the money, as I did pay a little more than expected (it is what was quoted, though). I had a 30 gallon water heater, and the replacement was a 40 gallon water heater. It's a tighter fit in my closet, but the different size overall is okay given that the water heater was replaced in 24 hours. The new water heater has been working great so far.

Everyone at MAS Plumbing was great to work with for my gas line plumbing issue. They worked hard to find the best solution for my issue, and they coordinated their work with Nicor. They communicate very well via, phone, email, and text. So, two thumbs up for MAS Plumbing.

Woke up to a leaking hot water heater a few days before vacation. They were able to come out the next day to replace it. Due to how old my unit was, the new unit of the same size was going to be 2" larger. We did our best over the phone to try to confirm it would fit and thought it would, however, during install it wasn't able to (Closet unit in a Condo). They got a unit that would fit delivered in less than an hour and were able to install it. They did an excellent job of protecting my hardwood floors as well.

really didn't have an emergency or anything, just a drip drip drip in the shower. but they were able to come the day I called. real pro's. a bit higher price than I expected to pay. but in the end was worth it.

This was a last minute emergency set up. They were very patient putting up with someone who knew nothing about plumbing.
