Service guy was good and knowledgeable and on time. The appointment lady over the phone - Barb was good. She was very courteous and polite and gave room for appointments and followed up and did not mind rescheduling. Good customer service and good Tech/Service. Also gave a 90 day warranty which is a plus.

I was extremely impressed with the expertise of the professional, Joe. Joe was very knowledgeable and skilled. Joe made a great effort to solve the problem and keep job as small as possible. I was shocked at the price of the replacement cartridge and the second, smaller job, but I believe the overall price was reasonable and a good value for the expertise and work done.
