The service department was fast, friendly, helpful, and able to give us an accurate time frame for delivery of ordered items so that we could estimate and schedule repair time frames.
The service department was great about communicating with us and letting us know about any delays or changes in repairs while staying within original budgets.
They have a great staff and are competitive among Ford dealerships.

I took my nephew's 2010 Ford Explorer to Friendly Ford for an oil change and was greeted as always with an efficient process for getting my car scheduled, as I had not called ahead for an appointment. They took the vehicle in right away and performed the oil change and multi-point inspection, told me about a couple potential things I might consider having done in the future, but did not push me to have any additional work done on the vehicle. Was pleasantly pleased that there was no pushy pushy stuff going on, as I prefer to get what needs to be done at the time and that's it.
