Several items were fixed and repaired. All repairs were probably needed, but the price added up quickly and I was never 100% clear on how much items would cost or what was included in the Angie's List $99 deal that was mentioned. I was surprised when he came in with the total bill, but when asked did provide explanation. He did remove one fee for a service charge as a result of the miscommunication. Given the quick turn around and the fact that the repairs were likely needed, I would consider this a positive experience.
