Four Seasons Garage Doors

The experience was excellent form the first phone call. They answer there own phones, they are knowledgeable and polite and offered same day service if I needed it. The technician, Mostafa, forgive my spelling, came on time, was courteous and professional and fast. He also pointed out that my roller bearings were sticking and causing extra friction on lifting the door and should eventually be replaced. He was not trying to "sell me." He had them on his truck and replaced them at a fair price, saving me a future service call. He also oiled the rest of my door and chain and gave the door an inspection. Mostafa was an excellent technician, with excellent customer service skills.

Fast, efficient, asked if anything else on garage door/remotes needed or any other issues. Very good experience.

Job was done quickly, professionally, serviceman was very nice. Garage door opens very smoothly and much quieter. Very happy with work done. When I first signed up for the service, they were a little slow to respond. Once we set everything up, serviceman cancelled due to a family emergency. Did show up on time when new date was set. Gave me a discount for the additional work due to having to cancel at the last minute.

Was able to repair rather than replace the opener which was greatly appreciated since we are making changes with garage. He was great, friendly and very professional.

Everything went well. He came right out and got the work done. Everything is still working well.

Very well. Well I was hoping that he would be able to repair the opener. I had bought one and hoped that he would be able to install it, but it was the wrong size. Then we talked about different garage door openers and he installed it.

Service was fine. I highly recommend them. They are on time and do a good job.

They did a very nice job and are also very courteous. They came out right away and fixed not only the main issue but also fixed several other things that could have gone wrong as well.

I called for service Thursday Feb 18th. The owner was very courteous and originally offered to come out that evening between 6 and 8 PM. (wind chill that evening was -20 degrees) unfortunately this was Ash Wednesday and I had to go to churcch that evening. Moe Ibrahim (the owner) was very understanding and said he could be out Thursday morning between 8 and 10 AM. I agreed on the time and at 9AM, Thursday morning, he was at my house. (I was surprised that Moe was so punctual because the wind chill at 9 AM was -30 degrees and all schools were closed. I was also told by other garage door businesses that it was to cold to work and that if they were to come out in this weather they would charge an additional fee because of the harsh weather) After examining the door he told me what had to be done. I told him I really needed it fixed (Unknown to him both my wife and I are disabled and a working door is a necessity, I didn't ask for a quote because I just wanted it fixed). Moe installed 3 full width garage door braces and adjusted the door springs and the door was fixed. Coming out in this weather to fix the door was necessary and Moe's attitude, friendliness and professionalism was really nice.

The company came out during the night when it was freezing cold. I give them credit for meeting me at 6pm at night. He used brute force to take off the old rollers from the hinges. The doors need to be replaced eventually which i requested an estimate. The estimate seemed fair of 650 per garage door. The thing that i didn't like was he left the wheels on the floor. When he lubed the railings he shot oil on the ceiling, walls and shelving unit. The contractor requested payment before even testing the garage door to see if it closed. The railing need to be adjusted where he bent them. The contractor also failed to adjust the sprints.

Soon after arriving, it was determined that my present opener was worn out. I did believe this because it was getting weaker and weaker and finally would not open at all .This was the second time I used this company. The repairman (Moe) is completely trustworthy. He arrives on time, quickly determines the problem and corrects it. There is no doubt that I will continue to use him in the future. After quoting me on a new opener it was quickly installed and I am very pleased with it. You won't go wrong wit him.

The service went smoothly and quickly - the door sounds quiet now when it goes up and down. Hopefully the repairs will last for awhile since the next time might require total replacement instead of a quick fix (very old system!) The repairman took the time to answer all my questions and make suggestions, as well as make a few other minor repairs unrelated to the opening/closing. All this for the price of $45 - a real Angie's List bargain!

I started out by buying an Angie's List Big Deal for (if I remember correctly) a $45 service call. Our garage door had been malfunctioning and I thought at best, it would be repaired and at worst, it would have to be replaced. Moe, the owner, surprised me by being available almost immediately, and arrived very quickly. He began by inspecting the problem and explained that the garage door opener was old (which I knew) and that the issue was happening because of the fluctuation of temperatures outside. He said he could repair it, but that when the weather changed again we could also expect the malfunctioning to reoccur. None of this surprised me. He said that he could replace it, and that he had a LiftMaster unit in his truck, explaining that it had the ability to link to our cell phones so that we could close our garage door "From anywhere in the world." He said that he would sell it to us and install it for "$450 - No, $400." I said I'd have to check with my husband, which I did, and then returned to agree to his offer. I am now regretting this beyond belief. First, before he installed the unit, I asked if it was brand new or used. He replied, "It's used. How could I give you a brand new one for $400?" to which I replied, "Then don't install it, just fix the one we have." He answered, "No, I joke! Of course it's brand new! Let me show you the box." I foolishly let him proceed. He did the installation very quickly (in less than one hour), and to his credit, he did a very good job... well, as good a job as a new garage door opener requires. He showed me how to set the keypad code, and then gave me the remotes. They both had three buttons for three different garage doors. We only have one garage door. He was going to explain to me that it had the capability to open three different doors, but I had to remind him that we only had one garage door and that we would ALWAYS only have one garage door, so this feature was unnecessary. I also asked about the cell phone linking ability and he said in order to use it, I'd have to buy another device, "For $25 on Amazon." Again, a currently useless function. But all seemed relatively well, and I was glad to have a new, quieter, properly functioning garage door opener. Later that evening, I went online to price the LiftMaster garage door opener that we'd purchased. I was aghast to discover that I could buy the same unit online for around $200. I'd spent $200 on labor for a job that took perhaps 45 minutes. What's more, online I could have purchased the remotes separately, so I could have gotten a remote with just one button instead of three. Right now, I have to fumble in the dark with my garage door remote so I can find the one of three buttons that will open my ONE garage door. I am so angry with myself for not doing my due diligence regarding this installation, and I am very unhappy with Access Garage Doors, Inc. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of and I will absolutely not be using, nor recommending, their service in the future. 3/6/15 *UPDATE* I reviewed the terms of the Angie's List Deal that I had purchased, and it said that the $45 I paid covered only the service call and labor, and that it entitled me to parts at a 10% discount. With that in mind, not only was I sold "parts" (the unit) without a 10% discount, but I paid double for the labor - the $200 he charged me for the installation, as well as the initial $45 I spent on the coupon, which was supposed to cover labor in the first place. I've contacted Moe and asked for a refund of the $200 installation, and his response was to offer me a cell phone linking device (value $25). I declined. I repeated that I wanted a refund since I'd already paid for labor with the Deal. He told me to call around and I would see that what he charged me was fair, and that he has to pay for advertising, travel, insurance, etc. I finally said that if he didn't refund my money, my next step would be to file a complaint with Angie's List. That was several weeks ago and I have not heard from him. I am about to file my complaint.

Mo, came quickly as promised. right on time. Very nice, professional. Knew very quickly what the problem was. fixed quickly as well. Seemed very fair. Would definitely use him again.

Fine. They were very prompt. Very nice. There wasn't any pressure. The deal was very good.

It was great. He was quick to respond. He did what he needed to go. Everything worked out fine.

I actually got a call back from the serviceman about 10 mins after I submitted the big deal. This was at about 8pm. The serviceman asked about the garage door, and asked if I would be available in about 30 min (8:30pm), said OK, and he was here at 8:30pm (this is the night of the snowstorm). He knew right away the problem, gave me the price of the repair ($400), agreed, and started to take off the old spring assembly, then installed a the new spring assemble and hardware. Was completed in 45 min. Checked the door up/down limits, adjusted them, lubed the rails, etc, asked if anything else needed to be done. Asked if he could put Access Garage decals in garage (I don't mind). I asked about warantee on the parts, 5 yrs. Then I paid him, and he left. Couldn't have asked for better service. Door works just fine. Will definitely use them in the future.

$550.00 additionally, on top of the Big Deal purchase.

It went pretty well. He did arrive on very short notice, which was great. Also, he did price match other existing Angie's list deals, which was awesome as well. But, he never quoted me before he worked on any of it. In the end he was like, your bill is 120$. I was like what???? And then we talked and he agreed to match other coupons. He also did try to sell me a 2nd liftmaster garage door controller for 35$, which is like ~18$ on Amazon. The whole service call was like a curve ball at me. Hence, I had no plans to replace my garage door remote. But I am sure, if I had one purchased and ready to go, he would have set that up for me for free along with the service call. Will recommend him to other folks, and will request him to reduce his prices by a little bit if I were to call him for future service calls. But, if you do decide to call him, make sure you have him quote you up before he started anything.

It went fantastic they did a great job on the door my only problem is we had a slight crack at the bottom and we have called three times to get them come out to adjust the door and they have not shown up.

He was on time. Found the broken hinge and missing bolts and replaced them. Was done in reasonable amount of time.
