He lied to me and said he was coming back. He was not very truthful with me and was incompetent.

It went well, no issues

Their tech was prompt and came out the next day for the repair. The work performed was fine and the door works well --my only complaint is that replacement parts are pretty expensive. When I compared the cost that I was being charged to the cost on the internet it was about double. I know that they do include labor in the part cost but it still seemed a bit high.

i purchased the DEAL thru Angie's List. The company responded thru a series of emails, regarding the service date and time.
The service was performed at the scheduled date & time, in a professional manner. The extra materials required were on the service vehicle at the time of service. No second visit required. Truly a professional organization with qualified people and service parts,
to make the repairs required, at a fair price. Yes, I would use and refer this company for any work required in the future.

On very short notice we had a new overhead door installed.   While Access wanted to sell us one of
theirs, I can't blame them for trying (a few times) , we purchased exactly what we
wanted from Home Depot.    Install was efficient, and the cost was
aligned with other service providers.   

Our garage door wobbles as it goes up and down.   I called Access Garage Doors to see if this could be remedied.   My first experience was waiting for them to come out, they got lost several times in getting to my place.   After waiting 30 minutes for them to arrive, I was told that since I had an old door, there was nothing they could do but replace the springs to right the door.   They did replace the wheels on the door and added some oil to reduce the squeaks, but I don't think this was worth them coming out.
I'm not sure if it was the provider or if this type of service is worthless, but I won't use either again.

They never got in touch with me after I left several voicemails and I ended up getting a refund for this deal and went with a different provider.

Did not respond. Purchased "deal" and then called the closest Access
vendor three times with no response. Explained in their voice mail that this was an emergency since we could not get the cars out of garage .Note that this form now shows the Schaumburg address. The local vendor on Eastwood could have at least
called me back to explain that I needed to call the Schaumburg vendor. Very frustrated. Have missed appointments waiting for return phone call.

Went great. They were very informative about the issues and the options.

My garage door was not working properly as one of the very old rollers the door had was out of the rail.  I bought a Angie's Deal for garage tune up and roller change as I knew that when the rollers were changed they were going to be placed again in the rail.  They made an appointment for the day after I called.  Unfortunately they called me to tell me they were behind schedule, and then called me again to say that they could not come that day, but that they would come the following day.  The following day they arrived on time profusely apologizing for not being able to come the day before.  Rollers were changed and the door was left working.  However, after a few openings and closing the door did not close anymore.  I called them again and they returned the following day and found out the security light at the bottom of the door moved when I tried to close the door and it had to be adjusted.  I asked whether I owed something more and they said no.  I have used them before this time and I will use them again.  Except for the punctuality glitch the first day, they were professional, responsive and did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price.  Highly recommend.

Sunday service needed as my car was trapped inside. Owners nephew came out on time and did a professional job. Price was good based on discussions with a couple of my friends.

It went alright, they did the job and there were some problems they pointed out so that went fine, yes. The price was fine.

They performed excellent work. They scheduled us quickly- they performed with work within less then a week of giving us an estimate and worked extremely hard to complete the work in a day. They cleaned up thoroughly and communicated with me throughout the job. They were very pleasant to deal with.

Moe, the owner of Access Garage Door, was absolutely a pleasure to work with and I will use his company for services in the future. Something was wrong with my garage door sensors - the door would go up, but not down. Moe attempted to troubleshoot the issue by phone, helping me to avoid a service call and charge, but the sensor wiring was dead. Moe came out on time and introduced himself. He explained every step of the process and was clear about pricing. Not only did he do quality work, but he also gave me a great deal. I would recommend his services to anyone needed repairs.

Great. After I called I received a text from the tech stating his approximate arrival which was literally an hour after I called. Showed up when he promised and was in and out quickly. As he left I received a call from another garage door company replying to my call that AM...told them they missed the boat. A+
