I called them, explained what I needed done, they quoted me over the phone, and that's what I paid.  They called and asked If they could come earlier which was ok by me. They were professional and they did a great job finishing in the time to which they originally quoted me.  They were thorough and kept the work area’s clean, and I felt they took the extra time to see the job done right.

My clothes dryer was not heating, so before I called a repairman or bought a new dryer, I called DJR Cleaning to clean my dryer vent. My appointment was made right away, and the two employees of DJR arrived promptly. They cleaned the vent tubing as well as the vent in the dryer. They also recommended that I replace one of the vent tubings leading to the outside because it was made of plastic. For a small fee, they replaced the tubing with aluminum. I was very pleased with the work. For being a new customer, I received a mug, post-it note pad, carpet spot cleaner, and magnet, advertising the company. I was pleased to see that DJR does a number of cleaning jobs, so I plan to use their services again.

The 2-man crew showed up when they said they would. They came fully prepared and got right to work cleaning the ducts with suction and high-pressure air.

We had another company some years ago, and I was expecting a similar process, however DJR far surpassed any expectations I had at the outset. They were extremely thorough, cleaning everything and missing nothing, They were careful in the house, and completely cleaned up after themselves. I am dust sensitive, and can verify that the dust level after they left was excellent.

I have already recommended them to colleagues, friends,  and neighbors, and will continue to do so.

I called the office and spoke to Nikki.  She explained the cleaning process and quoted me a price.  She was able to schedule me for the next week.  Al and Dave showed up on time and as scheduled.  They located the vents and got to work right away.  They answered all of my questions.  I believe it took about 2 1/2 hours to do the work.

My house was new construction when I bought it three years ago, so I didn’t think too much about getting my dryer vent cleaned. But since I was always hearing or reading about the potential fire hazard, I called DJR and scheduled an appointment. Dave and Al came over a couple of days later to clean the vent. These guys were awesome! They both had such great attitudes and I enjoyed chatting with them while they worked. I am so glad I called them because it turned out that I had a lot of lint in my dryer vent. There was even a bird's nest with two eggs in there that they cleaned out! I felt bad about the eggs, but Dave said they were really old eggs that had been abandoned. In addition, Al said that my dryer hose that was connected from the dryer itself to the wall had not been installed correctly so there was a bunch of lint behind the dryer. He showed me the problem and I watched him fix it. He also vacuumed all of that lint out from behind the dryer. Dave also removed a bunch of lint from the lint trap in the dryer. So I am confident that my dryer and vent are now squeaky clean! I also found out that DJR does carpet cleaning. I was planning to have that done as well. Since Dave and Al did such an excellent job with the dryer vent cleaning, I intend to have them do my carpet cleaning as well.  Plus, I got a cool mug filled with a bunch of cool stuff. This was a very pleasant experience and I strongly recommend this company.

So glad we went with DJR Cleaners!  Let me start by saying that I am so happy for Angie's List.  I really rely on the reviews and feedback from other customers and that is what led us to DJR.  We had never had our air ducts cleaned before (in any property we've been in) but we knew something needed to be done in the home we're currently in.  (Grime/dust collecting under doorways and near the vents=not cool.) I was very confident in choosing DJR, and they did not let me down.  

David and Al came on time, were courteous, and professional throughout.  They were really good about wearing booties (especially with it being a rainy day) and cleaned after themselves.  I barely had to vacuum once they left (thanks guys!) One of them (Al?) had to go down in the scary crawl space, but he was a real trooper.  You certainly won't catch me going down there.    I appreciated their friendliness, especially towards my toddler.  They even let him watch (and hold a flashlight) and never seemed to mind that he was around.  

All in all, it was a great experience and feel that my ducts were cleaned as well as they could.  These guys get an A+ from me.

They were running early so they called to get permission to arrive early. They needed to replace my vent hose and showed me why and what not to do in the future. They vacuumed all around and behind my dryer even wiped it down. they were done in about a half hour.

They showed up a bit early, looked over my situation, told me there would not be any extra cost for properly routing the exit path of the dryer vent. They explained that the duct tape which had previously secured the various joints of vent tubing, was heating up, and presented a fire hazard. They cleaned out the venting and the dryer, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, excellent job.

We have two furnaces and DJR was able to give us a better price among all.  I think they did a pretty good job.  They worked on our home for about 3-4 hours total.  They detected that our dryer vent was disconnected behind the wall.  It was literally a fire hazard and I'm glad we didn't postpone this cleaning off our list to do.  They tried to clean all the lint as much as they could from inside the wall. Nikkie (not sure how's the spelling) was really nice and patience in explaining over our initial phone call.  And I think that's one of the reason I decided to go with DJR on top of their better pricing.  We got two guys, Al and David, who are very nice and professional.  My 3yo girl had really fun working with them as they let her assisted them holding the flashlight.  Overall good experience.

Telephone person was very friendly and offered a discount above and beyond what is on the list. Cleaners came on time and thoroughly cleaned the vents and the dryer vent. They left the house clean and secured all the vents. They pushed all the furniture back in place. A very good experience.

I felt they did an excellent job, and worked very hard, and did not leave any dust/dirt lying around my home.  This was the first time I had air vents cleaned, and with the equipment they used to blown down the dirt and vacuum it out, I am confident my vents are now clean.

They are excellent, which is why I use them over and over again.  They are good people.  The crew is loyal and long standing.  They gentleman that helped me has been with them for 11 or 12 years.  They are fair, they don't overcharge.  And they do a great job.

Great experience from beginning to end.  When I called to make arrangements for air duct + dryer vent cleaning, I spoke to a pleasant woman who explained everything about their service and fees.  She even took time to determine which would save me more - 15% disc for Angie's List members or a special coupon they had for $60 off.  I had to call a few days later to change day of service as my schedule changed and she was able to easily accommodate.  Team (Dave and Todd, I believe were their names) showed up right on time.  Friendly and professional.  Again, explained whole process and also went through the trouble to calculate my best discount.  Their bill was very reasonable and was even lower than original estimate.  They then went right to work.  They worked hard, were neat and professional.  Overall a great experience.  I would highly recommend them.  And I will definitely use them again.

We had never used DJR's services, and if it wasn't for NIkki, we may not have.   She was professional, forthcoming and helpful.  We liked that Nikki didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, and that she listened to what we wanted.  Gean and Dave were the same.  They were professional, respectful, friendly, good at answering our questions, courteous and extremely thorough. They shared a couple of tips which we appreciated.  We would definitely call DJR again and will recommend DJR to our friends.

Dave and Al were very professional. Arrived a few minutes early. Setup equipment outside the house so that they wouldn't wake up my baby. Replaced unsuitable tape around dryer duct connections to bring it up to code. Overall, they were extremely friendly, efficient, and came in at the best price.

My wife did lots of research and found DJR to be very reasonable on price and well recommended.  They showed up ten minutes early, were very personable, cleaned our ducts.  They also cleaned our dryer duct and pretty much reinstalled the dryer vent. They clean lot of other things and we will definitely use them in the future.

The two workmen arrived on time, were highly professional and pleasant, used booties so as not to soil the floors and carpet, and were very efficient. They communicated throughout the day on what they needed to do. They showed me the results of their work at the end of the day and I was amazed at the amount of dirt they had vacuumed out of the ducts . Excellent service and work! I will certainly recommend this company to my friends and family!
