I had extensive damage to my VW Atlas as the result of a tree falling on my car in a bad storm. I was truly impressed with Central Auto Body’s team. Tony and his colleagues demonstrated a true commitment to quality and repaired my car as if it was their own. I would never want to go anywhere else for future work. Not really much to say. Handled between insurance and body shop. Rental supplied by insurance. Car was ready in a timely manor. Car looks fine delivered back clean.

Good experience

The repair on my 2007 Sienna Toyota was an insurance claim with State Farm of Illinois. State Farm gave me dozen's of Auto Body Shops that I could go to in the Schaumburg, Illinois area. I received a recommendation for the Central Auto Body Shop in Elk Grove Village from my roofer/siding company. I began there and looked no further. Beginning with my first phone call to them and my 3 visits to their "body shop" I was meet with only positive personal service. Yes, you could judge the 'book by it's cover". Through electronic filing they handled all the paper work with State Farm and supplied a Hertz car rental which was on the premises when I dropped my van off for repair early in the morning. The entire process was very seamless. The inside, outside of the building was clean and in good repair and nicely decorated! The young ladies at the counter were very polite and efficient. Tony took digital photos of the area in need of repair and was also very kind. The date for repair was set up within two weeks(note: was a Holiday weekend in that time). When, I returned in the 2 days I was told it would be done, the drop off of the Hertz rental car, paperwork, and the inspection of the work done on my van was to my total satisfaction! A young man then helped me take all of my personal belongings out of the rental car and place them back into my van. He was very kind as well. The young adults they have working there were all a real pleasure. My van was given a good washing and it even looked liked they vacuumed the inside. I was given a folder to place all of my computer generated paperwork in. I was also told how to care for the newly painted area i.e. no hand waxing etc.
