I received a very quick response to my request which was greatly appreciated given the fact that my door was stuck in the half open position. I received good communication, prompt service and a great repair. My service technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. And my garage door works now. I can t ask for more than that.

The installer (Tracy) who came was right on time. He was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a solution. He replaced the garage door opener quickly. I am very pleased with his work. Thanks!

There was a small amount of confusion about when the job would start but we got over that. Tracy did very good job. It took a little longer than expected because he was the only worker.

Frank, from MyHome Garage Doors was calling me as soon as I requested a repairman. He followed through with me explaining what to expect and he sent Tracy, his workman, out to repair out attic ladder as soon as I called him saying the repair had been approved. Tracy completed the job within 2 days after the repair had been approved. Great company!

From what I understood, I had spoken with the father/owner over the phone to make the appointment and his son come out to do the work. They both were quite pleasant as well as helpful. The plan was laid out, the price was quoted and the work was done quickly and professionally. I would certainly hire them again!!

I received a call in minutes and someone was at my house quickly. Replaced the springs and we are as good as new. Would definitely recommend!
