She is a very nice person, very thorough and she is good with dogs. Most of the time she just watches my dogs to my house but she can take our dogs to her house because it is the same as her dogs. The price was reasonable.

I have been with Happy Paws for over a year.I was initially looking for the service when my mom was having surgery in Wisconsin. They have 3 shih tzus and I have 2 shih tzus. All of the dogs stayed at my house approximately 4 months. Jane Ann came over for a get to know them visit and was not phased by the number of dogs. She is a warm and affectionate dog lover. It was definetly a big help and worry off of my shoulders knowing the dogs were cared for on our long days of rehab. Since then Jane Ann continues to come by on scheduled days to let my dogs out and occasionally all 5 dogs as needed. I have had to add days or drop days according to my schedule, all changes were accepted with a friendly response. She is always willing and available. On a couple occasions she would text me if she thought there was something I needed to know about the dogs. One day the dogs were out of their kennels and she called to let me know, which I forgot to latch the kennels. They enjoyed the freedom. This service is a definite help to my family. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

All went well, better than I anticipated.  Autumn (12 years old) has only warmed up at initial contact to his new vet, Mobile Vet Services and his Happy Paws Sitter, Fran (owner).  Autumn was well cared for, to the point that he wasn't especially enthusiastic to greet me when I returned.  Price may have been a little high, $20.00 per half hour,  $60.00 for three days, but the price was well worth it.  Yes, I would definitely use Happy Paws again.

We have used Happy Paws Petsitting for several years and have always been pleased. Fran is very professional, knowledgeable and
caring. She has such a love for all pets and adapts to all of their little personalities.
We feel confident in leaving our pets and our home in her capable hands while we are away.

I was very happy with their services until there was an issue with our smoke alarm.  The battery died and the carbon monoxide alarm went off all day, and when the pet sitter came in the evening, she called the fire department because she didn't know why it was going off.  She was completely fine, but my cat now associates her with that experience and she will freak out whenever she sees that particular pet sitter.  We don't blame her at all, but I do wish they company would send someone else just so the cat won't get scared whenever they come in.  Their prices are also very high.  The people are all very friendly, however, but we now just use our neighbor when we go out of town.
