Description of Work: Ron, the Service Technician was informed the heat from the furnace would not come on despite the air conditioner still worked. He listened to my complaint and what I had done to try to fix the problem. The furnace had come on during the night; however, we were concerned it would fail at an inappropriate time during the winter. He did a service check, explained he could not find anything wrong at this time. The Service Tech then informed us that if it resulted in a call back, the amount paid for the service call would be deducted from a future service. We were completely satisfied with the service we recieved. I would highly recommend Crawford's to anyone needing Heating/AC service.
