GCM Construction Professional Basement Remodeling

I had a great experience.  Guy called immediately after I purchased the Big Deal to schedule an appointment.  He was very accomadating as I had to reschedule several times.  We recieved our designs one week after Guy came out and measured our basement.

We were thrilled with the work that Guy and his crew did in our basement. They were easy to work with, easy to have in our home and we are very pleased with the quality of our finished basement.

The basement is fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased.  GCM Construction listened to our needs and provided the best solutions.  We had an dark and empty basement before.  We now have a bright and comfortable basement for my entire family to enjoy.  I was very pleased with the attention to detail and craftsmanship provided by GCM Construction.  They came in on budget and on time.

I purchased a "Big Deal" in anticipation on closing on a house which had an unfinished basement.  GCM promptly contacted me and followed up as discussed.  Unfortunately, the deal to purchase the house fell through so I haven't been able to use the service of GCM. However, based on my interactions with the company, I plan to do so once I find a house.

The project was completed on tight timeline and came in on budget.  GCM was professional and courteous and did their best to minimize their mess with lots of drop cloths, hanging plastic, etc.  Issues encountered along the way were addressed and rectified.

GCM Construcion was a pleasure to work with.  Our project was done on time and within budget.  We have referred them to our friends and would use them again.

Our basement remodel went as well as we could have hoped for.  We are extremely happy with the final result . The job was expected to take about 8 weeks and ended up taking about 10.  They were there working almost every day (Mon-Fri), and if not, we were told ahead of time that they wouldn't be there.  I was able to leave my house during the day without a worry about who I was leaving in my home.   All of the workers were respectful and friendly.  Guy was always available to answer questions or help us along in making required decisions. He even met us at Home Depot, on a weekend, to assist in picking out cabinetry.  He was at our home frequently, checking on the work being done (every couple of days or so).  If he wasn't there, he was calling us to see how things were moving along.  Communication was excellent.  

We interviewed four contractors prior to hiring GCM.  The prices we were quoted varied approx. $10,000 - $30,000.  GCM was in the middle.  There were no surprises in cost.  GCM's fees were clearly itemized in the proposal/contract.

We would not hesitate to give GCM our endorsement to friends and family,  and if needed, to use them again ourselves.  Things moved along very smoothly and without conflict, and most importantly, the job was completed to our satisfaction.
