They scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. Their man Joe was on time. He evaluated the problem by checking the flue and cleaning the pilot and burner. He determined that the thermocouple required replacement. The water heater has functioned well since then. Joe explained some background on hot water heaters to improve my understanding of what was done. I was pleased with the results, and glad a new unit wasn't necessary.

Work was professionally done but there was a little confusion over who needed to purchase the tub resulting in a delay in work and a parts run.

OUR PHONE CALLS ARE ALWAYS ANSWERED BY A PLEASANT, CARING, HELPFUL PERSON. IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY, A SERVICEMAN CAN BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY. WE ARE CONTACTED BY FOLLOW-UP RETURN CALLS TO TELL US WHEN THE SERVICEMAN WILL ARRIVE. ONE TIME WHEN A TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH SMOOTHLY, BECAUSE OF ITS AGE, WE WERE PREPARED TO PAY FOR A NEW ONE. THE SERVICEMAN INSTEAD UNPLUGGED THE DRAIN HOLES UNDER THE LIP, AND IT WORKED LIKE NEW AGAIN. WE APPRECIATED NOT HAVING TO PAY AN UNNECESSARY EXPENSE. THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTS, BUT WE HAVE GREAT PEACE OF MIND KNOWING THAT OUR EMERGENCIES WILL BE SOLVED QUICKLY, AND THAT ALL WORK WILL BE DONE EXPERTLY. WE HAVE RECENTLY ORDERED A FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER. THE COMPANY RECOMMENDED TOP-OF-THE-LINE EQUIPMENT, BUT WHEN WE SAID THAT WE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY SO MUCH, LESS EXPENSIVE, BUT STILL HIGH QUALITY, UNITS WERE SUGGESTED. WE HAVE SIGNED A CONTRACT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE.

THEY DO GOOD WORK, BUT RATHER EXPENSIVE. ALSO, ASK FOR JOE OR RYAN. OVERALL THEY DO GOOD WORK, JUST ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE. OFFICE STAFF VERY HELPFUL & PLEASANT.
