We had a 20+ year old furnace that finally gave out on us. The technician, Ted, who replaced the furnace was very nice, respectful, and efficient. We had the new unit installed and running that same day! Very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

They were recommended to me by a neighbor. I found them to be a very professional company. Pam in the office is polite and works with you to find a time that you are available. Matt, the serviceman, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient and showed me how to use the different settings on the new thermostat. I found the cost for the parts, labor and services to be reasonable.

We called about 2pm and they fit us in. The repair man got here about 6:30. Really nice guy and had it repaired within minutes. The price we paid was mostly for the part itself. Very happy.

I highly recommend them. They do wonderful work. I don't have to worry about who is coming out because they are all wonderful. I used them to install a new furnace, A/C unit, and water heater. previously. They weren't pushy and explained everything thoroughly.

.you the water. Horrible..  We have used Dowe & Wagner for many years .  Very disappointed with their lack of responsibility when the units malfunction. We moved in our over half million dollar home and its 6 months later and we still are unable to live in the downstairs area.  In Jan they installed two new furnaces and two humidifiers .. A few weeks later there was a flood, We called them and cleaned up the water. They came out and said it was a hose from the humidifier. They changed it out. A week or so later it happened again, This time a huge amount of water that seeped up the walls and into the bathroom, hallway and the family room. We had our contractor working at our old house, So he came over with a extractor, blow fans, and other equpiment and two employees to clean it up. They had to put holes on the bottom of all the surrounding walls to keep the dry wall from being destroyed and molding. It completely ruined the carpet and warped two doors and some trim. Agin Dowe and Wagner came out. They said they would turn it into their insurance company once we get estimates from a carpet place and contractor to put it all back together again. Mind you we had already paid our contractor to pop off the doors and trim and extract all the water. We gave them all the estimates with in a week or so. It flooded again. I had a water company out here to do some work. He mentioned to me that the humidifier was running non stop. I called Dowe and Wager again. The one owner came out with another employee. He first told me that its running because it needs to catch up with the setting its on. OK, being that i figured they knew what they was talking about i went back upstairs. Then about 20 mins or so later they came upstairs and said They is something wrong with that unit. They said They would send someone out to replace or fix it. A week went by.. No one came. I had my husband call them. They said they have no record of it. Then we called the other owner . He was tying to pass it off as Oh  he ( the other owner that came out) was old and sometimes forgets. #, 4 and 5 months go by.. As we are calling them every few weeks to see if they are going to pay the damages to the doors, trim and moled stained carpet. Come to find out they was just trying to stroke us along in hope we would go away. (not happening) The owner didn't send the pics or information over to their insurance company stating because he didn't know how to do so on the pc. (really dont you have a secretary?) Then they said it was a manufactory defect in the humidifier and the coming will not pay for the damage to our house . They will only send a replacement unit. Dowe and Wager's insurance won't pay either, even though we were told in the beginning that they would and that what they have insurance for they said. ^ months later and i still have all the trim/ doors laying on the floor and carpet  peeled up in corners. We  have contacted a lawyer, Someone needs to be responsable. Dowe and Wager should pay, being they installed it and said they would pay. Its up to them to go after the other company for their money back .NoT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO DO SO. Dowe and Wager offered nothing to correct it, just the run around. Someone will be paying for my new home to be put back together. They want the 16000.00 but when something goes wrong they do not take any responsibly in destroying your new home..  See them all in court. Was a customer for over 20 years , but now i will not recommend them at all. Make sure you ask them if there is a defect (if that is what happened ) Who pays the damage. Because they sure dropped the ball on this one.  UPDATE  AS OF NOV 5 2013    Issue has been settled

"We installed 2 new HVAC systems for the Member at the end of 2012 and 1 of the humidifiers was assembled incorrectly by the manufacturer and leaked. We replaced the whole assembly and have the leaking one in a box. We filed a claim with our insurance company and on June 20th we all received a letter stating that the claim has been denied and that we are not legally liable, the manufacturer is. We have spoke with a representative at the manufacturer and are submitting the information to them. We are in contact with the Member to resolve this and hope to hear from the manufacturer."

When they arrive they turn on the furnaces or air conditioners with the thermostats and then thoroughly examine the heat exchanger for cracks and do whatever else is required.  For air conditioner service, they clean out the outside units with a hose and ensure that all parts are working well.  They present a detailed invoice of the work performed, and because it is prepaid, they leave.
